Room was very spacious and the hotel itself was located in a very convenient location, easy access to the freeway and the town. There were some noisy guests in the middle of the night but other than than it was a very pleasant stay. July 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comforatable bed & pillows - Bring your own bottled water, pop & snacks We were there for 2 nights, and over all the stay was fine. Over priced for the look and size of the room, but the mountain scenery made up for things lacking in the hotel. There was ice, but no pop machines or bottled water, or snack machines. There were no signs posted, and we had to ask 2 -3 different people and none of them seemed to know anything about no machines. Front desk could have told us at check-in. We had to drive into town to a convenience store to get those things. Breakfast was good, but could use a better variety for the cost of the buffet. Staff was lacking in knowledge and professionalism, giving us the bill before we were even close to being done eating, feeling rushed out, yet the restaurant was not busy at all. The second morning we, and most of the wedding people went else where for breakfast. We were in our room resting at 4:00pm when they came to clean the room. I asked if they could come back at 5:30 and they assured me they would. We got back to our room later that evening and the room was not done and the bath towels were not replaced as they said they would. The beds were comfy and I loved the soft & firm pillow choice. If we were to go to Canmore again, we would chose another hotel. July 15, 2015
