WE TRAVEL AND STAY IN BONITA SPRINGS, FL FROM FEB. 15 - MAR 15. WE HAVE STAYED IN HOLIDAY INN'S FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 5 - YEARS. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN, THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY. THE ONES WITH DINING ROOMS THAT SERVE DINNER ARE GREAT! AFTER DRIVING ALL DAY, WHO WANTS TO DRIVE TO A RESTAURANT? WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOLIDAY INN & HOLIDAY EXPRESS.

We always looks for Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express (club member) - from now on we will only look for Holiday Inn Express..... this hotel was very dissapointing.....

We were traveling between Ft Myers and Chattanoga and after driving through Atlanta, decided to stop for the night. We found this hotel from a coupon book and gave it a chance without knowing anything about it. What a wonderful place!. From the front desk, to the wonderful ladies in the dining area we were overwhelmed with warm, happy people.
Clean rooms and plenty of right at the room parking.

Ive never been to a holiday inn that provides a complimentary breakfast and this was a full breakfast with helpful service. Very quiet spacious room and incredibly soft bed for a great nights sleep!

Because of it's rural location we were uncertain what kind of hotel this would be. We were pleasantly amazed. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and so nice when we arrived late after a rainy drive through Arlanta. We were traveling with our dog and they placed us near a center door so we could walk him easily and pointed out areas where he could easily be taken.
The room was immaculately clean with wonderful bed linens and pillows as well as bath accessories, and very comfortable beds.
The breakfast in the morning was superior to what we had had in some larger, more expensive hotels. The food was great with the hot food under heat lamps so it was hot, and everything readily available. The young lady who was in charge was not only helpful and friendly, but actually brought a coffee pot to our table to refill our cups. True restaurant style service. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which we did not use, but the parking lot around it was full the night we arrived, leading us to believe it was also a good place to eat.
We were very impressed with the quality and comfort of the stay and will recommend this to anyone traveling in that direction, Because of it's location north of Atlanta, we were able to continue our trip north without the congestion of morning traffic in the city, which was another plus. Gets a triple A rating from us..

This was the worse place I have ever stayed at. The room smelled awful of smoke and was to be a non smoking room and the floor was so dirty that I wouldn't walk in it without my socks on which were absolutely filthy by weeks end.

The first night of my stay, the room was not cleaned. In addition to this, the cover for the fan in the bathroom just fell off. For the money, this holiday inn is not as nice as most I have stayed in. As for a positive of the facility, the staff was very friendly. Especially all of the bartenders at the lounge.

We have been stopping at the Cartersville Holiday Inn for quite a few years. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff is always above the normal to help. The food is excellent and resonably priced. Recommend this inn to our friends.
