Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Outside noise 10 miles off the freeway. The windows were completely inadequate for filtering noise coming from the outside of the motel. We kept checking to make sure the windows were closed. There was noise from the highway and from a very busy railroad track nearby. As a priority club member, we were given a bag with 1 water, 1 bag of chips, tickets for the breakfast, and a ticket for beverages if we had dinner in the restaurant when we checked in. The bag should contain water & chips for the entire party, not just one person! When we went down for breakfast, it was a buffet with steam tables, but most of the food was nearly gone, and no one was replacing anything. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the egg bar where you could have your eggs prepared however you wanted, or have an omelet with the ingredients of your choosing. I thought the price of the room was high considering the location. March 6, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No room at the Inn. I had made a reservation at the Holiday Inn Express down the road and even had my confirmation number but somehow they claim it wasn't in their system. This is puzzeling because they called me to tell me they had made me a reservation at the Hoilday Inn. How did they know I was even coming, my number etc..? I'm not buying that I wasn't in their system!! Anyway, the Holiday Inn worked out fine. I travel on business and generally like the quick and easy (free) breakfast that Holiday Inn Express' offer. The Holiday Inn offered me the same deal, I'm not sure if it was because I'm platinum level or because they always do that. The room was good and nothing was out of the ordinary. The location is not the greatest but, I will stay again. February 20, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Comfortable Rooms and Nice Free Breakfast! This place is wonderful! I came here on business and was amazed at the value received. They offer a free breakfast each morning and free wifi that worked great when logging into my company VPN. The Hotel was near where we had to go every day and had a rate for our company. The staff was so nice. The front desk greeted me, checked me in, answered every question I had and smiled the ENTIRE time. So here it is, BAR great, FRONT DESK great, HOUSEKEEPING great, what else can I say. Clean spacious rooms! February 5, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY PACKAGE The New Year's Eve Party Package which included the bedroom for 2, dinner and dance for 2, champagne toast for 2, 2 well drinks and breakfast for 2 was incredible! What a deal!!!! The food at the party was INCREDIBLE!!!! Everything was so darn delicious! The chef and staff were AWESOME!!!!! This is our 2nd year doing this with 4 other couples and we had a blast. The DJ at the dinner/dance was not the best. He was playing music for teenagers and young 20 year olds - who weren't there. If he would have looked around the people that were at the party were 40 years of age and up to 70 years old. He should have been playing 1940s music - up through 1980s music. When given a cd with age appropriate music, it took him 2 hours to play the song(s). I was not recognized as a Priority Club Member though which the staff used to do that. January 6, 2013

Although the hotel is a bit older it is always clean, comfortable and has a wonderful staff who go out of their way to acomodate you. December 12, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Thanksgiving in Arizona Room was a little run down, but very clean. Front desk and lounge staff went beyond expectations. Breakfast buffet was so-so, but free, so hard to complain about it. Would stay here again while visiting family in Casa Grande. December 4, 2012

The hotel is a little older but the upkeep is done well. the hotel probably could use a remodel and an update but being that it is in a hole in the wall little nowhere town in AZ it probably isn't fiscally responsible to do so. the staff goes above and beyond in every measure and truly make every stay here a delight. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value, nice rooms This is a very nice property, the rooms are well furnished, spacious and comfortable, the restaurant is very good, and the hotel staff for the most part is very pleasant and helpful. Its a good value. Downsides: AC/air in the room is VERY noisy, I have to turn it off to sleep. In mid summer this would be a problem. There was also street noise that woke me up on a couple of occasions. Housekeeping staff is sub standard, one day my room was not cleaned at all. Not sure why housekeeping is so bad when the rest of the staff is above par. I've stayed here multiple times and have had same issues/ opinion of housekeeping each time. November 8, 2012

The price is always fair and we have always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast. We received a free voucher for dinner which was great. However, when we went downstairs to have dinner, we waited at least 5 minutes for someone to greet us at the restaurant and then was rudely told it would be at least an hour before we could even consider getting our food. There was a larger party there, but the restuarant was otherwise empty. We left frustrated, as there was no effort made to try to accomodate us. The amazing ladies at the front desk gave us a reccomendation off site and we went there instead. Was disapointed that we were unable to use the free dinner voucher and had to go off site though. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average 2star hotel+AMAZING BREAKFAST Ive stayed here plenty of times and its just like an average 2 star hotel. Staff is nice and pleasant to work with. Restaurant is clean and the complimentary breakfast is the best I've ever had. Omelet bar, scrambled eggs, chefs special eggs, fruit, sausage, real bacon, pancakes! If your looking for a great amazing room you may want to try the express. But if your just crashing for the night or the weekend and want a good hand made breakfast this is the spot! November 3, 2012
