We come thru this area several times a year and always plan
our trip around staying at the Holiday Inn, Casa Grande.
Although the hotel is a bit older it is always clean, comfortable
and has a wonderful staff who go out of their way to acomodate

Room was a little run down, but very clean. Front desk and lounge staff went beyond expectations. Breakfast buffet was so-so, but free, so hard to complain about it. Would stay here again while visiting family in Casa Grande.

The staff at this hotel really sells it. The hotel is a little older but the upkeep is done well. the hotel probably could use a remodel and an update but being that it is in a hole in the wall little nowhere town in AZ it probably isn't fiscally responsible to do so. the staff goes above and beyond in every measure and truly make every stay here a delight.

This is a very nice property, the rooms are well furnished, spacious and comfortable, the restaurant is very good, and the hotel staff for the most part is very pleasant and helpful. Its a good value.
Downsides: AC/air in the room is VERY noisy, I have to turn it off to sleep. In mid summer this would be a problem. There was also street noise that woke me up on a couple of occasions.
Housekeeping staff is sub standard, one day my room was not cleaned at all. Not sure why housekeeping is so bad when the rest of the staff is above par. I've stayed here multiple times and have had same issues/ opinion of housekeeping each time.

We have stayed here multiple times for softball tournements throughout the years. The price is always fair and we have always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast. We received a free voucher for dinner which was great. However, when we went downstairs to have dinner, we waited at least 5 minutes for someone to greet us at the restaurant and then was rudely told it would be at least an hour before we could even consider getting our food. There was a larger party there, but the restuarant was otherwise empty. We left frustrated, as there was no effort made to try to accomodate us. The amazing ladies at the front desk gave us a reccomendation off site and we went there instead. Was disapointed that we were unable to use the free dinner voucher and had to go off site though.

Poor wifi severce in rooms and on the business center computer pdf files are blocked, How are you suppose to do business if you can't open your email to read or print out a copy?

Ive stayed here plenty of times and its just like an average 2 star hotel. Staff is nice and pleasant to work with. Restaurant is clean and the complimentary breakfast is the best I've ever had. Omelet bar, scrambled eggs, chefs special eggs, fruit, sausage, real bacon, pancakes! If your looking for a great amazing room you may want to try the express. But if your just crashing for the night or the weekend and want a good hand made breakfast this is the spot!

One staff member (in the bar) is absolutly fantastic. Another is below average. The discrepency is notable.
