Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by what a grandiose screw up can't physically find the front entrance to the hotel because it's not in front and there's no sign even though the hotel is clearly visible from the street when i called to find this i was told yes we have this problem and we know it. So how about a simple directional sign?! reservation screwed up and i was then put in about the worst room in the hotel-depressing ,overlooking a freight dock at the end of a long hallway no food in the bar after 10pm no recognition for my Platinum PC status whatsoever why come back? Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok Hotel for a one night Stay any loger look elsewhere The Hotel is Older but the rooms are clean, The food is also Ok. But this Hotel has no Suites. I was going to Stay 14 Days (I am a Platinum Ambassador which is even Higher than Platinum Elite) I asked for a refrigerator, Since i was going to stay there so long.... I was told they would bring me one for an extra Ten Dollars a Day....(what a joke) So checked out and went elsewhere.... Staying longer than a couple Days avoid this Hotel at all costs. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff The young man at the front desk was very pleasant as were the gals in the hotel restaraunt. I was disappointed in the lack of amenities for Priority Club members. We were offered a coupon for breakfast in the restaraunt, but we had to leave before breakfast was served the next morning. When I mentioned this to the front desk clerk, I was offered a bottle of water instead. Really? He did however give us a coupon to use towards dinner that night. The service was fabulous, but the food left much to be desired. I chose the hotel due to it's location to Cleveland Clinic, but next time we will drive further and stay somewhere else. April 12, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great time I held my third annual Lighter Get Together and it gets better every time . The whole staff in every department were very out going. I could never name them all but some of the ones that I got to deal with for the 4 days I was there, I do want to say thank you for helping to make my event a success . Paul and Karen at the front desk, Tim who handled all of are food and drinks, and the person who worked with me to put this all together Lori what a great coordinator , and to all the other people that work with these people. I was surprized when I ate at their restaurant. The food was well beyond my expectations. Delicious Italian food with great bread! The staff couldn't have been nicer. I even ordered a special drink which they made perfect. I would highly recommend the Hotel and Restaurant not only to travellers but also locals. March 9, 2013

I understand she is 20 years old. Take care of her, she has all the qualities of greatness. Everybody made me fill like family. The quality of food allowed me to eat breakfast and dinner everyday. The first time in three years of traveling for work, that I didn't go out to eat. Will miss this place. Heading to Kansas City mo next week. January 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home for the Holidays We stayed at this property on Christmas Eve while in town visiting family. We were able to use our priority club points for our stay. We appreciated not having to worry about "black out dates" with our points. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the front staff were friendly. We had breakfast to go on Christmas Day at the onsite restaurant. Using our priority club membership we received $15.00 credit towards our breakfast. The price of our meal fell within the credit, making our experience that much more enjoyable! We would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn again. January 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping issues Housekeeping neglected to enter and clean my room after my first night of a two night stay. There was no "do not disturb" placard on the door and no instructions to skip my room, but I had no clean towels / linens, the dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor where I left them, the bed was not made with clean sheets and trash cans were not emptied. This did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Holiday Inn and I sincerely hope those standards are not changing! November 20, 2012

The checkin is seamless and always accurate and the service is always provided with a smile. The attached Nana's Restaurant provides excellent food and the servers (Marissa and Kendra are outstanding and very courteous as well as professional. I will defintely stay at this location on my next trip into Cleveland. November 20, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Everythings Falling Apart I am a platinum priority member. My hotel room had a 5-6inch piece of plaster hanging from the ceiling and the toilet handle was broken. Since I arrived late and ill I did not want the maintenance crew working in the bathroom so I had to manually flush the toilet by taking the tank lid off and pulling the plunger up by hand. The overall condition of the room was o.k. at best. We left our car with stay and fly and upon return was left stranded at the airport for about 50 minutes and repeated calls to the hotel who informed us that they had a maintenance emergency and the maintenance man was also the van driver. Upon my third call I was adamant and the hotel told me to get a cab and they would pay for it, which I did. Needless to say, I will not choose this hotel again. November 17, 2012
