Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Totally bodacious and rad hotel near the ATL airport The check in was fast and very efficient. The front desk staff is excellent and the smallest little thing is fixed in minutes. I really enjoyed the service from Peter and Al in the hotel restaurant. Those guys should have gotten raises years ago. They pay attention to the customer and make everyone feel at home. The food was hot and served quickly. Gigi was always there to greet you when you arrive and paid attention to your food delivery times. This is by far the best hotel in Atlanta. I would not recommend staying anyplace else. One reason for the quiet hotel is that Delta uses this location for the annual training for all of its flight attendants. They all go to sleep early and get up at 5:00am. It is as quiet as as can be. Another bonus is the free airport shuttle, every 15 minutes during peak times. My room was kept just the way I like it. I appreciated all of the extras that the staff will do to make your stay very comfortable. Housekeeping makes every effort to have your room ready for military inspection. My room passed the white glove test every time! November 23, 2015

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was convenient and reasonable. I would not hestitiate to stay again at this hotel location. Airport ( domestic) was so convenient. November 22, 2015

From the checking in experience to the restaurant and check out experience with no problems. Shuttle service is timely and drivers have a very positive attitude. November 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My Review Hotel was clean, comfortable, with friendly staff personnel. My stay was 5 nights. I would like to thank Jullian at the front desk in the evenings for all her help. I would hope management would let her know she was singled out. A couple of small issues with dining. The breakfast buffet which is at cost. Grits on Thursday morning had a burnt odor. I told staff and the item was pulled. Thursday night chicken sandwich was over cooked. I returned for a hamburger. Friday morning breakfast buffet, grits were like paste, uneatable. I was asked if everything was "wonderful" by staff and told him about the grits. He didn't seem to care. I did enjoy the fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet. Shuttle to and from airport worked out well for me. November 9, 2015
