Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room Disgustingly Dirty Room was disgustingly dirty. Both beds were covered with dog hair. Huge stain on carpet. Trash on floor. Bathroom was not clean. We did not stay the night due to the poor condition of the room. When we went to complain, there were two people at the front desk and over 20 people waiting in line. We walked out and lost the cost for the room for the night as it was late and we didn't want to wait for 20+ people to be checked in. May 20, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not at all what we expected! I normally stay in Holiday Inn Express properties and almost all have been a better experience then I had here. As a Ptiority Club Gold member, I asked for some bottled water upon my arrival and was given a paper bag with one bottle and a stale chocolate chip cookie! The noise level on my "Quiet Floor" was appalling, and we had to stuff a towel under the door to keep out the hallway light so we could sleep. The water pressure in the shower was so poor that we could have washed faster out in the rain! The only thing this property had going for it for me on this trip was its location to the jobsite I had to go to the next morning. But had I known what I was getting into, I would have stayed further away just to be a little more relaxed and comfortable. Now I remember why I don't stay at Holiday Inns. May 3, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fair experience We had stayed at the same hotel the previous year and were very pleased with all aspects of the stay, this year we were very disappointed and considered leaving before we completed our visit. We had requested a nonsmoking room. The room and hallway reaked of cigar and pipe smoke. Although the sign on the door indicated non smoking there was an ashtray in the room. When we asked the personnel at the desk about the nonsmoking room I was told that it was a smoking room and it was all they had for us. We were not greated as Priority Club members as we were the previous year. Typically Holiday Inns offer complimentary breakfast, we received one but was told by the desk attendant that it was a mistake and we should not have received one. We will be back in town again in October, and will secure lodging elsewhere. April 26, 2013

Children were playing and the noise was loud. Had we been staying longer, I would have requested a different room. I'm sure that would have taken care of the problem. The room was very big, the bathroom was nice with a big shower but no tub. Beds were great. Room was clean. Will stay here again but will request a different room. April 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice bathroom, dated Heating/AC The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated, and was very nice, with the exception of a corner sink with a mirror on just one side. That made it awkward to shave. The room appeared to be missing a couch or easy chair, there was plenty of room for one, it just wasn't there. The TV remote did not work initially. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the receiver for the remote (which was actually a small cable box, was tucked in behind the television, perhaps by the cleaning staff, and it was not receiving the signal from the remote. Our main complaint about the room was that the wall furnace/AC unit was very old (manual pushbuttons to select the function, and a rotary knob with no markings to set the temperature). The buttons were extremely difficult to operate, and the intake vents were COVERED with lint. It was very obvious that the cleaning staff had not gone near it with a vacuum for many weeks. We also had to ask someone where the restaurant was for breakfast on Sunday morning because there were no signs in the hotel lobby. April 26, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Accomodating This hotel is a great spot for conventions, family vacation pass through or simply a business stay. Gym is the best facility I've ever seen in all my hotel stays. Plenty of food options and other amenities to allow you to stay put. Right next to I-70. Only negative I have is that I could clearly hear the neighbor's frustration while he was watching his precious Cardinals take a beating. He wasn't yelling either. April 17, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms need work I got there late in the evening and was taking a test in their conference center the next morning. When I got to my room I didn't feel it had been cleaned very well as there was hair everywhere. Also the tv didn't work, the sink was leaking, and the sheets were pretty worn. I know I should have just called and requested a different room, but I just decided suck it up and sleep and then after the test decided to check out a day early and head home instead of staying. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bad stay We had called the night before and got a reservation for this motel we had been driving for 16 hours to get at this location when we arrived that morning to our displeasure also we were very very tired we found out that we did not have an reservation after all. They had messed up they did put us in a smoking room until they could find us a room. The following day I talked to a manger and he more or less lied to me about our stay never apologized for our bad experience he should not be in management. We do like the motel in general the ladies in the restaurant are very good and the price for the motel is fair. April 14, 2013

The room was BIG and comfortable, my wife and I got lost in the huge king size bed! Loved the breakfast with the many choices and if it was not on the line the waiters rushed to get it from the kitchen...I would definitely stay in this hotel again and will recommend it to all my friends. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room! The rooms seem very large, even with 2 double beds in them. I liked that there was a mini fridge in the room. Also, I think this is the only hotel bathroom that I have been in where I could actually see well. I appreciated the ability to have a late check out. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ccomodating staff but place needs a face llift The staff was very nice and accomodating. The facility, however, is in need of a major face lift. There wre buckets in the halls to catch drips from the ceiling. The TV didn't work well and we had to have someone fix the problem. We were told this happens a lot. The bathrooms are being updated but were impractical. No towel bars so you have to throw the towels on the floor which is impractical. Good location but needs some TLC. March 24, 2013

The front desk personal need to at least smile when you check in. I stayed in this hotel two weeks in a row and the staff both times were not good at all. It appears the property was recently updated and tastefully done. There were numerous events going on during our stay, but the staff was always available if we needed them. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation makes for a comfortable stay About 18 months ago, we stayed here but the experience was just OK, starting with a front desk clerk who was clearly stressed. But the new 'do at this site has elevated the hotel in many ways. First, the staff is so great and friendly. The front desk renovation looks great, very clean and modern and inviting. And the rooms were so comfortable, big and well maintained. The hotel has always been clean and this time it sparkled. My only criticism and it is with all the Holiday Inns...why can't you have as good toiletries as do your other properties? The Holiday Inn Express, Crowns and Intercontinental all have good shampoo, lotion, etc, that also are easy to use. Have you ever tried to squeeze a bottle of the shampoo that comes at the Holiday Inns? Hard to use and mine often jumps out of my hands in the shower. January 26, 2013

The staff were well presented and helpful. The executive happy hour was a definitely a winner. The food in the resturaant was very good for evening meal and breakfast was outstanding. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent in every way My wife and I were traveling on vacation with our two dogs. We picked this particular hotel because it is pet friendly. Wow, were we ever impressed. When we entered our room, we found that the staff had left two dog bowls along with a bottle of water in each bowl for our travel companions. The room was spotless and room service was fantastic.
