El hotel está bien. Es estándar dentro de los “viejos” Holiday Inn. Los hay mucho mejores (Manhattan View – Long Island / París- Canal de la Villete, etc). La habitación es correcta el televisor tiene solo canales analógicos (no HD) que no llegan a 30. El WiFi es bueno. La piscina no se encontraba habilitada (pleno verano), estaban efectuando refacciones en el piso por lo que no se podía acceder ninguno de los 4 días que estuve hospedado. La recepción de paquetes es buena y gratis.

The only thing we did not like about our room was the location. It was way down the hall from the elevator and then you had to turn down another hall to go to our room. We tried to change and they offered another room but another floor close to hotel. We were too tired from our long drive to switch rooms but the room itself was nice but location was so far away from elevator.

Upon check-in to check-out everything went perfectly. Kat, the front desk clerk who checked us in, was efficient and very pleasant. She set the tone as to how our entire stay would go. The pool area is beautiful, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and our room was immaculate. Close to Dadeland, UM and Coral Gables, what more could you ask for?

The bar tender in the evenings was excellent. your "breakfast" needs to be eaten once by the manager... worst bacon and eggs ever

Internet did not work for the entire time I was there. No one from Management ever called to find out if my issue was resolved. The IT support called the next day to tell me it was fixed - it wasn't. Was never offered room change and couldn't get any work done. While the 2nd shift "Manager" did try there was nothing he could do to fix the issue.
