Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recommend this hotel! I was having medical treatment at a hospital at UT Southwestern. I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Market Center, and had a very nice stay. My room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I used the hotel shuttle to take me to my appointment. I found this service very helpful. I will be staying there again when I need to return to the medical center again. December 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised! I've stayed at a number of hotels while attending dog shows. Whether expensive or not, I'm usually disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. My room this stay was very clean and well kept. The beds were exceptional and the pillows very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent too! My only complaint was the the housekeepers kept taking my towels in spite of the sign in the bathroom urging guests to go green and conserve. I hung up my towels to save them one day. The next day I hung them up, closed the bathroom door and hung the conservation sign on the handle. Both days they replaced my towels! I would stay here again. December 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worn out hotel Worn out room. Bathroom door would not close due to the door being old and warped. Bath tub would not drain due to a large hair ball from the previous guest. Wallpaper peeling of wall. Carpet past due to be replaced. Being a Platinum Member and staying at numberous properties, I would not recommend this hotel. Better Holiday Inn options close by. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! This hotel was reasonably priced, excellent parking and great staff. We slept well here, it was close to the American Airline Center and offers a shuttle to the venue. The bar service was good. The drinks were a bit on the expensive side, but I expected that. Food was slow, but they were busy. Larger portions than I expected and it was very tasty. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel in Dallas. The only thing I noticed about the room was a rip in the carpet between the bathroom and bedroom, otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. December 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I expected more. The staff was excellent and the lobby was very nice. Our heat didn't work and we had to have maintenance come up and fix it. The room obviously had not been occupied for awhile and had a closed up stale smell to it. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. It was just ok..have stayed at same star ranking and had a lot nicer of a room. December 16, 2014
