However, did not have a mini fridge in the room, when I inquire at the front desk, I was ask, did I request a room with a mini fridge ? Don't recall staying at IHG brand without a mini fridge. Was given a room on the seventh floor " Executive Floor" what a joke - no fridge, no ice machine and strange rumbling noise through the roof in the middle of the night from a mechanical unit (no idea what it was). Woke up at 3 am and complained, was offer another room by the night staff. In all fairness, it was an option, who would want to change room at 3 o'clock in the morning. Somehow the day staff consisting of two portly females were not at all welcoming, not rude but just bare minimum courtesy. Welcome, here is your room now go (politely done of course). Did they stop greeting with the level as a IHG member ? Parking charge is just a money grab. The only helpful person from the whole group was an evening person Cristian to provide some information regarding the availability of food and beverage for the holiday. If he wasn't there to provide assistance I would rate the entire stay poor or lower if available. September 18, 2014
