Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bed is comfortable, some rooms need upgrades I find the beds are nice and comfortable at this hotel, though the building is starting to show its age and needs some much needed upgrades. I had to ask for a room change because of some cleaniness issues, the new room had issues with air/heating. October 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking and dated This was not the most comfortable room i've ever seen in. It fulfilled my need for somewhere to sleep, but not much else. It felt very much like I was placed in a room that hadn't been on list of rooms used regularly due to the hotel being more booked than usual. The carpet in the hall was raising and lumpy, needing to be stretched and relayed, but all together replaced would be better as it is a fairly dated pattern. The bathroom was cramped, with the sink being across the small hall from the door to the main living area, in what felt like the closet. The light switches only turned on the lights in the bathroom and above the sink, with a 3rd switch seemingly useless. Had to walk across the room to turn on a light, which can be difficult when it is already late and you're in an unfamiliar room. The beds were hard, the coverings confusing. Not sure why it went sheet, uncovered comforter, then bed cover. Woke up entangled in all three. The furnishings seemed to be from the late 90s. I had to unplug the only lamp by the beds so that I could plug in a device charger. Room was also lacking a fridge, which is usually standard lately in most hotels, but I didn't bother to check if it was included when I made the booking so that is on me I suppose. There was also a large gap in the room as if a piece of furniture had been taken out. October 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great People This hotel has some of the best staff I have ever encountered. In some cases where I needed assistance, a staff member would offer help before I could ask. The overall knowledge the staff had of events happening and locations of those events was complete. Being a nit picker, the only issue I had with my stay was the lack of a refrigerator and microwave in our room. September 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Run down, noisy, and overly expensive The hotel was very noisy: could hear other people through walls on both sides and in the hallway. When we arrived to our room, there was a pile of used wine glasses outside our door. The furniture on the balcony was absolutely filthy. The lawn mower woke us up on Monday morning in combination with drilling or other construction somewhere in the hotel - not nice to have such work going on three hours before checkout time. The coffee maker was broken. The light on the balcony was very bright and shone through the curtains, making it difficult to sleep. September 29, 2015
