Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fine for a short stay. The rooms were adequate. No refrigerator. Most of the staff was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Dining in is not recommended as they were understaffed and tables were not cleaned off and not enough room to seat guests. We did get breakfast one day, when seating was available, and it was good. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the price Busy weekend, staff was overextended. It took us longer then 20 minutes to check in with only one other person in front of us. Clerk kept getting interrupted by other staff. The rooms are a little out-dated. My main complaint is the comfort of the bed itself. The pillows are huge and the sheets were rough. I could not get comfortable. This was not helped by the noisy air-conditioner. Because it was a busy weekend, we could not use any of our regular discounts (military or AAA), even though we registered for the room 2 weeks in advance. Cheap hotel at a premium price. May 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not So Good This time,,,, Hotel is in a bad location, view wise. It has been re-modeled, but very drab and dreary, We checked in at 3:00PM and asked if there was shuttle service to the local casino, We were informed that the service starts at 4:00PM. Nothing was open in the hotel, every thing opens at 5:00. we hit the overpriced vending machines and went to our room. We could not figure out the air conditioner, It was located by the window. I finally found a thermostat next to the door when you come in. Went down to the front desk at 3:45PM. Told the front desk that we need a ride to the casino, 2 Couples arrived at 4:00 to check in. At 4:10 I went to the counter, and was told "oh- let me call the shuttle co." At 4:30, we were still standing there. We were then informed that the shuttle picks up at other hotels. We wound up driving our own vehicle, The front desk was very rude, and could not multi task. The phones were ringing for 15 mins. They did not have the shuttle there at 4{00 and forgot to call. They should have advised us about the frequent stops. Cancelling this on off this list........ May 19, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor appearance I was not impressed with the overall appearance. It was ver dated and not very comfortable. The lighting was poor... It was difficult to locate outlets to plug in chargers and a bi-pap machine. May 17, 2015
