Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dundee Holiday Inn Extreme disappointment Staff unbelievable rude First night food between sheets when rolled back. Staff did change sheets. 2nd day no service at all upon our return. No one to do the service. Rudeness of staff for all 5 rooms in our group was unbelievable. So not just us but all 5 groups of adults experienced the same treatment. Clearly a poorly managed hotel. Some staff are what we are used to in a Holiday but many are very much not! There was also a terrible sewer smell outside though we believe that it was probably not an every day issue April 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not worth it While the staff themselves are great, the hotel is horribly lacking. The restaurant staff was unorganized and frantic, and the food was overcooked and disgusting. If taking more than 1 guest, it isn't worth paying for them because the hotel rooms are still only stocked for 1-2 guests. The arcade was also a disappointment because you need both tokens and a card to play the games, and every other macine was broken or out of tickets. As a whole, the environment is friendly, but the hotel was a wreck of an experience and I would not recommend it to anyone else. April 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy at late hour, horrible food, price did not match quality Had dinner in the restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Burgers were burnt, drinks were watered down, overpriced. The water in our bathroom did not exceed luke warm so it was uncomfortable taking showers. There were children above us that ran and jumped until well past 11pm. Understanding this is a family friendly water park hotel and you will have rambunctious children you would think they would either set quite time hour at a certain point or would have done better sound proofing between floors and rooms. It felt like the children were going to fall through our ceiling and I could hear the people next door as if they were standing in our room with us! We stayed in a family suite, paid the price of a family suite but received the quality of a lower priced motel chain. Very disappointing April 15, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need a new restaurant manager and front desk manager I loved the look of the hotel, the water park and pool. Our room was very nice also. I was very happy with all of that. However when we went to eat dinner at the restaurant they were out of almost everything on the menu! It was unreal! When we would call down to the front desk it would ring off the hook, even when we tried to call from our cell phones in we still couldn't get an answer. April 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent hotel. Awful dining. We stayed in the King family suite with double bunk beds. The room size was good and the beds were decent. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were four pretty large wet spots on the carpet where someone had tried to clean it. When I say wet, I mean sopping wet. This was an issue as I have an eight month old that is crawling. The real problem was the restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes at the door to be seated. We then waited another 15 minutes for someone to wait on us. No one ever came. The restaurant was definitely not busy either. We got up and asked if someone could take our order. Finally a waitress came over and got us drinks. We then waited 20 more minutes and decided to leave when no one came back. 45 minutes and no one could take our order?! Ridiculous. April 12, 2015
