Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ongoing Trends I have been staying here at this hotel for the better part of the last 6 weeks off and on 8-10 days at a time. My main concerns are with the Food and Beverage department and the Shuttle service. The bar area ran out of one of your wines on the menu, Pinot Grigio back in early October and as of this week, which I'm still staying here you have not gotten it in yet. I asked for Merlot instead the other night and you were out of that too... I have asked for Amstel light and that has been out of stock. i asked for Blue Moon, which you have on tap and that was out of stock last night. It seems like the ball has been dropped here for a pretty lenghty period of time. On to the Shuttle service. Shuttle service has been sporadic at best. I open a business here at the airport at 7:30 every morning and take the 7:00am shuttle. One day this week, there was no driver. I tried to take the 9:00AM shuttle on Wednesday and it was not running either, had to wait until 9:30... Yesterday, 11/20, i called from the airport to schedule a pick up around 5:00 i called. I was told we don't have any drivers and to take a taxi..... Your staff paid for the taxi and also gave me free breakfast coupon the other morning the shuttle was not running at 9:00 which is appreciated, I think you guys need to do some hiring of shuttle drivers and also a new F & B manager to manage your bar stock, or lack there of... Like I said, I've been staying here probably 25-30 nights of the last 45 days or so and have even put up some of my Managers here as well when I left town and know full well I will be returning to MSP December 4th for another 8 days and I got to be honest. I'm very hesitant to book here.... I'm looking elsewhere for similiar pricing near the airport with a shuttle that operates as scheduled... Thanks for your time. November 21, 2014

Tucked in the trees just off a main highway, it seemed you were further away from things than you actually were. Super friendly and attentive staff in the lounge. We had a great stay.
