Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stayed attending a hockey tournament. Tournament team rules were too strict up front, almost police like with little client service or welcome. Recieved a call from the front desk re a noise complaint from the front desk. Wrong room, woke my son and i up. Didnt even apologize. Traffic noise from the freeway was incredibly loud all night long. Will never stay here again. Avoid at all costs. You can do much better. January 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected great place to stay I needed to stay overnight for a business meeting the next day. Everything from the front desk to the check out process was geared to make my experience an unexpected great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, excellent service, easy access from the freeway yet quiet enough to rest well. The indoor pool and hot spa was just what I needed to relax before my meeting the next day. I was given choices about the location of my room and this resulted in a great nights rest feeling refreshed and ready to go the next morning. I would recommend this motel for anyone needing to stay in the neighborhood. January 9, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap and Nasty Very very disappointed! Unfortunately, we were "forced" to stay at this hotel or we would face a significant penalty to our team if we were to stay elsewhere. The individual staff members assisting were pleasant, however the barman on Friday night was awful, he didn't know the four beers they had on tap. Never once checked to see if you wanted another. Riley, our barman on Saturday night was unbelievable, he kept an eye on the tables and offered drinks when they were low, also offering cocktails to people who couldn't make up their minds. Breakfast you are offered ONE drink. So if you have coffee, you have to buy a fruit juice. Most disappointing was the complimentary coffee each morning in the common area - GONE on last day at 7:00 and told we have to buy our own? Really after one sports team spends thousands of dollars and you can't enjoy a free coffee. Oh and requesting a conference room - only sales staff have keys and can arrange rentals???? Again after spending thousands really? Not a fan and will NEVER go back. Rooms are tiny and there is no place for a group to socialize with minors. A team sports location - think twice. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. Staff was excellent (both check-in, checkout, and room service staff)! Room is good sized and bedding was very comfortable! We were a bit disappointed the room and bathroom weren't clean to Holiday Inn standards though. The AC/Heater was very difficult to adjust to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay. Only other compliant was the room-service breakfast was awful. Potatoes in the "All American Scramble" weren't edible (very hard/crunchy and seem a day or two old). We will try eating in the restaurant next time instead. January 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised The staff was pleasant and willing to help whenever we had a question or problem. Our room was quiet, and the bed comfortable. The waiters in the restaurant were great. The food was good. We found the common areas of the hotel cold, but putting on an extra sweater certainly helped. We were pleasantly surprised overall.
