Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service was poor We were there for a hockey tournament which I can understand that made things busy for them but it was as if the hotel was unprepared. Rooms were not ready for half of the team when we arrived. we were scattered over the hotel, we were refused late check out because the house keepers needed to get in the room early for the next guests. I find that funny because rooms weren't ready for half of our team even at 4 pm on the day we arrived. On our second day we arrived back at the hotel around noon to nap before the next hockey game and our room hadn't been serviced. We called and were assured it would be done in 10 mins or so. We left and came back at around 6pm to find our room still wasn't serviced. When my wife called to complain, she was questioned as to why she needed the room cleaned...? I thought this was part of the service we were paying for. February 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't go if Riley is working the bar!!!! Although the actual facility is what I expected the customer service from the bartender made the entire trip a horrible experience. If you are unlucky enough to visit the hotel when he is working, I would recommend staying away from the bar. I have never met someone so terrible in their role, it's mind boggling to understand why he is in a role that is customer facing. He was rude and made the entire time spent relaxing in the bar and horrible experience. We were a group of 8 adults that went to the bar after dinner for a couple of drinks before going to our rooms. Riley made the time uncomfortable as he was verbally rude to everyone that ordered a drink and then spontaneously closed the bar at 10:00pm. He yelled to everyone in the bar, "I'm shutting it down NOW". Everyone pick up your drinks and finish them in the lobby - NOW". He then stood and glared at everyone to leave. I will not book again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good hotel! A positive experience, staff attentive to needs. Additional pillows requested were delivered promptly. Comfortable bed. The breakfast, which could be added as an extra charge was adequate and nutritious. We would definitely stay here again. February 13, 2015
