Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Downtown Everette My husband and I had a great time in Washington. We were in town for a friends wedding. The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and out going. They helped us get from place to place (since we had no car) by using a 'within 5 miles' Cab service. It was great. Quite, clean, salt water pool, TV, and if we wanted it food was available. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old and outdated Old and outdated hotel that had changed ownership multiple times. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear the slightest of noises from your neighbors. There is no seal between the room entry door and doorframe. This allows all light and hallway noise to enter your room unfiltered. Overall, a very noisy hotel that needs to be brought up to today's standards. June 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice stay in town for a business conference - room was very nice, more than 2 towels (a plus ) when traveling. Food at this location was very good (dinner) Breakfast was simple but sufficient. I would stay at this location again June 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Rooms My wife and daughter were supposed to spend a leisurely three days at this property and it did not go well. First night was spent in a room that my wife kept rolling off the bed, something wrong with bed and the floor was wet upon check in to the room around one of the sinks. The next day they were moved to a room where for the first several hours was shooting out dust and debris from the air conditioner which eventually cleared up after it had been on several hours. The worst part of this stay was the manager would not talk to my wife and only after complaining to customer care did she finally talk to us. The bottom line was this manager did nothing for our inconvenience and this was the worst holiday inn we have ever stayed at. So much for being a platinum member. June 11, 2016
