My family and I have visited this location for the past few years. Being treated with respect is especially important to all of us. Our recent stay was tainted by the rudeness of Zoe, one of the front desk clerks. On the other hand, Linda and Melissa couldn't have been more pleasant, professional.or more helpful.
I think employees need constant training to refresh the guidelines in handling guests.

Great place, nice people, there was some roofing going on. Slight inconvenience. Also a little confusing getting from the lounge area to C building. That's it!

Our stay itself was good. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, the location was convenient. Unfortunately, prior to our visit, I had called the hotel to ask about the possibility of early check-in. The woman I spoke with was very rude and lacked any sort of customer service skill. Sadly, it dampened my experience and gave me an overall negative outlook on the hotel. If I hadn't had that encounter prior to my check-in, I would most likely have had a more positive outlook. If there had been availability anywhere else in the area, your hotel would also have lost my business, lucky for you every other hotel was booked solid.

Spend your money at another hotel.
Scratchy polyester blend sheets- Not 100% cotton
No hot water!! Freezing cold showers!
Soft lumpy Mattress- woke up with sore back
heat/ac unit constantly turns on every 20minutes , therefore waking us up throughout the night.
TV channels : too few

If your looking for a place where you will be treated good as a guest, a good nights rest, all your moneys worth then this is the place! Rooms allways so clean and smelling fresh wich is essential! Two thumbs up to whoever is running the place! With service like this who wants to go home??
