Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff The hotel staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, especially Linda at the front desk. We only had breakfasts on site during our stay, but the meals we had were very good and efficiently served. Overall, the building could use some updating, but it was neat and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom, which didn't have a fan and had a tub that drained slowly. We had a pleasant and relaxing visit. March 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unacceptable management conduct If you are staying at this hotel as part of a group, you will be asked to sign some sort of Acceptable Conduct contract at check in. Even if your group displays acceptable conduct, you will be treated by management in the same manner as groups that are displaying poor conduct. Our families, while being very mindful of our fellow guests, were angrily told while arriving from dinner as a family (3 kids under 10) to rush to their rooms, stay in their rooms, to be quiet and to not leave their rooms or they would be kicked out of the hotel and police would be called. They had just entered the lobby when they were accosted by management. The hotel manager was roaming the halls looking for people to berate. Horrible customer service. Management blamed new ownership. As a group who abided the rules and stayed quiet, to be treated in the same manner as a group displaying unacceptable conduct was not justifiable. We will not stay at this hotel again. March 4, 2015
