This is important to me since I'm on the road alot with my job. It's great to see that sense of community in a hotel. It makes the guest's stay so much better. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Underwhelming Stayed here a ways back, maybe 8-9 years ago. The place has not been kept up, period. Was a really nice property back in the day but has slipped a great deal since. I travel a bit and have, in the past few years, been depending on Holiday Inn and H.I. Express. This was my only disappointing stay. On bright note however, the woman working the front desk when I checked in was a delight. Helpful, humorous and on the ball! She was a real standout! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay, till now! I've stayed at his hotel a number of times and I've been very pleased overall until this last stay. The hotel was overrun with children, about 10 years old, for some hockey tournament. I'm not against that but, I think I should have been warned ahead of time. The pool was impossible to use and they were running up and down the halls at all hours and congregating in doorways/common areas with no parental supervision at all. The worst part! No room cleaning. We got a room with a spa/tub, (due to handicap) and ran out of towels. Almost ran out of toilet paper! The staff was hard to find as well. For the inconvenience and no service, I would never pay that price for that room again. January 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT LOCATION, QUIET AND COMFORTABLE Great overnight stay making a great first impression for our first visit to Falmouth. Bed and room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Dinner and drinks at the bar was tasty and turned into a great place to watch the Patriots. January 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Great. This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I was greeted as an IHG rewards member and upgraded to a quiet king-sized room on a top floor. Although it was odd that there was a bag of dirty laundry left in the closet, there were no other issues with my stay and I looked forward to staying again. My second and recent experience could not have been more disappointingly different. I was not acknowledged as a rewards member, and I was not offered any type of special amenity or service or upgrade. My room was dated, and the hallways were noisy. The shower in my room was broken, which was Ok only because I was going to drive home the next morning. It was late and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of having to re-pack and relocate to a different room so I stayed where I was. The sink faucet wasn't much better and came out as a low-pressure lukewarm sprinkle. It was about 15 degrees outside so imagine my displeasure at washing my face with tepid water. Hotel hallways seemed dirty with weird stains on the walls, and the "secure" entry to my building was by a door that didn't close on its own. I won't be coming back. January 12, 2015
