The staff was very very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel itself is older. Disatisfied with IHG Rewards.

My company has stayed here so many times that the staff remembers us. That makes it feel more familiar and brings us back.

Hotel manager (CJ) never returned my calls even though I left two voice mails. Only after I complained to the Holiday Inn customer service office did he finally call me but left a voice mail on my hotel phone, but no one on the staff could explain to me how to retrieve those messages! The hotel hallway, lobby and restaurant was FREEZING and no one could do anything about it. I'm an IHG Platinum member and they put me in the worst room – no upgrades available (room was broken), my room was noisy by the parking lot on the first floor even though I requested a room on a higher floor, nightstand lamps unplugged, no internet code in room key jacket, leaky toilet that ran all night long and absolutely zero sundry items (shampoo, soap, etc) in the bathroom. When i called the front desk it took 40 minutes to bring me only a bar of soap. Transferred me to a new room on the 3rd (highest floor) and the absolute furthest from the lobby. To-go hot coffee cups in the rooms have lids but they do not fit the cup. The toilet flush handle has to be pushed and held for 5 or more seconds for it to flush. They painted the front entry cement in 20 degree weather. they don't allow pizza delivery to the rooms so you have to walk all the way down to the lobby to pick it up. they changed the internet access code without notifying guests so i had to call to ask what was wrong. The red 'you have a message' light on my phone was blinking but no instruction how to check so i called the front desk. She didn't know and said she would call me back. Never called so i called the front desk and asked another worker and they said they would call me back. never did. no coffee available in the lobby. AWFUL HOTEL so I will never stay here again!
Tried contacting IHG using the online ‘customer care’ online chat and the person helping me could not tell me what time the guest relations office closed.
Horrible. My opinion of Holiday Inn has hit rock bottom!
