Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service Staff could use some customer service training. I travel a great deal and this hotel was below average across the board. The bathroom was dirty, the cleaning staff only made the beds, did not vacuum, empty trash, nor provide clean towels. The toilet was lose from the floor and did not flush properly. It was an awful stay. Everything was an inconvenience July 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. I was pleased with the setting of the hotel. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. They even had my favorite, Omelet!! Kristoff at the front desk was very kind and tried to help me in any way possible. I would stay here again and highly recommend it! July 27, 2015

From front desk (John and also Eric) to servers, housekeeping and maintenance all were so helpful and gracious. I think it would have been a better stay if the hotel was fully staffed. Fayettville is a very nice city, so much to see and the location of this Holiday Inn was very convenient. July 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff Attended a military reunion here and they handled most things well. Food at our banquet was cold and ran out of rolls. Also the bar which I found out is being remolded, the service was terrible. there was no idea of who was next and was very frustrating to just get a beer. The front desk, the restraurant ,housekeeping were all excellent I would stay her again if in the area. Parking was also convienent. July 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional professioanlism and Southern Hospitality The most impressive asset for this hotel is the staff. The reception folks couldn't do enough for us to make the in-processing as smooth as possible. The bartender on Sunday night (19 Jul - sorry I didn't get her name) is the epitome of customer service and should get kudos from the hotel. Everyone that we passed in the hallways greeted us and wished us a god day. The rooms were large and very well maintained. The pool was clean and inviting. Great stay. July 23, 2015
