This Hotel went the extra mile to make sure this is a top hotel to stay in Fayetteville. Comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel is located close to everything. Would definitely return. December 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful change It was so nice to stay in a safe, friendly, and CLEAN hotel. I came to Fayetteville for the weekend and used a travel booking sight to book the first night as I was originally going to head home the second night....It was HORRIBLE. I did not get any sleep, the hotel was dirty, and I felt very unsafe. I only stayed there because I could not get my money back for the room. Having a terrible night before I knew I could not drive home so I decided to stay again and I checked out of the other hotel and came to Holiday Inn Bordeaux...it was wonderful from the moment I pulled in to the parking lot. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great time I stayed at the Holiday Inn Fayettevile Bordeaux to attend the Military Intelligence Corps Association Ball. The hotel and facilities were very nice and comforable, and the ball room was nicely decorated. The staff was excellent and freindly. My only critique would be of the exterior of hte facility, it does look somewhat old but hte interior more than makes up for it. Great facility, and we had a great time. I would stay there again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Combination hotel/motel experience Lower floor has drive up parking which reminds one of a motel. Convenient access. Impressed with the staff's politeness and care. Excellent included breakfast. TV had no HBO or premium channels even though a schedule was in the room. Speed of changing channels was terrible and there was no guide or menu - and to top this, the schedule/guide in the room was entirely wrong. Channels were listed entirely out of order and there was no way of searching for anything on the TV. Other than the bummer TV experience the hotel was very nice. November 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worth it. I don't know where to start. It took about an hour to be checked in I was not greeted as a member. In the room I found hair all over the bed and in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. My bill was messed up and I sm still waiting for the refund. This front desk staff was not friendly. November 20, 2014
