Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 No clock? No shower curtain? I've stayed at this hotel a few times and it was always "okay". This time, not so much. My room didn't have a clock? Sad, but true. Got up to take a shower and there was no shower curtain (I took one anyway, chalked the mess up to "Not my problem) in the bathroom! Pretty sad that IHG let's this slide. I've come to expect much, much more from this chain. May 12, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty I opted to stay at this hotel because it was the host hotel for the All American Fort Bragg race. The employees were friendly and professional. I guess so because beyond that there was nothing nice about the hotel except the pasta dinner. As we were approaching our rooms there were several rooms with padlocks on the door. I was told that they were under renovations. (It did not make me feel safe, I have stayed at several hotels under renovations with no padlocks) There were several stains on the carpet in the room along with hair in the bathroom upon our arrival. The AC did not work so the room was hot and stuffy. The morning of the race we did have to go breakfast packages. However, the van driver taking us to the race had no idea where he is going and asked us was he at the right location!!!! There was also a mix up in regards to making reservations for the shuttle or just showing up... The staff did their best with what they were working with but this hotel needs to close down and start over. May 7, 2014

No complaints, very clean, nice and friendly staff, and a great location. Everyone was relaxing in the lounge when I arrived (6pm). I will return when I have business in this area again. May 4, 2014

My recent stays at Holiday Inn Bordeaux in Fayetteville, NC have been pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are big and the beds very comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms too. I can count the staff to provide me with the privacy to sleep in and accommodate any unexpected needs or information. The breakfast is a buffet with great choices every day, and a pleasant staff to boot. April 29, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by updated This hotel was updated since the last time I stayed here. The rooms were bright with color and art, which was a great surprise. One downside was that the terrace was not cleaned,, this is a small ding because my wife and I wanted to sit out there. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The lobby was updated and it looks great. There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel, also the K & W restaurant is across the parking for a nice variety of foods and a lunch room feel but still excellent. April 20, 2014

Platinum customers have no priority at this hotel and given no recognition. Made to stand in line and name place on waiting list. I'm so dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel. April 9, 2014

The Staff had their hands full at check in because we were a very large group but they handled everyone very professionally and patiently. The hotel was close to several well known eateries and shopping places. I would stay again if I'm in the area. April 9, 2014

It was cold outside and we needed to exit the building to go to the "bufet" breakfast, where there was very little healthy food served. GOLD member was not given any "special" recognition, no cookies offered, upgrade or water! March 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay for a one night stay I was happy to finally find the place since I had driven 500 miles & the evening staff was wonderful. The place is older and very large with several wings & it was difficult to find anything in the morning such as ice machine & coffee. I did ask the staff & they pointed me in the general direction, but when you are traveling & anxious to get on the road, you don't want to walk a mile to get a "free" breakfast that consisted of very little "free" items. I think it would be a much better if they just increased the locations of vending machines & conveniences to each wing instead of an endless search to find what you need. February 27, 2014

Only problem i had was one day breakfast was free and you paid for juice and tip to server then the very next day we had to pay for breakfast! Just out of the blue! That being said you are getting a full breakfast for a small amout.i believe its $5.35 , but it would have been nice to have a little notice. But the servers are friendly and allowed me to return later to pay my bill since i went down in pajama pants and sweatshirt lol February 18, 2014

The welcomed my and every single employee I passed smiled and said hello. It was awesome! Ohh, at the food from the Generals Quarters (the on site restaurant) is great. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay for the weekend I have been a IHG/Priority club member for 9 years and have stayed at this brand of hotel only, my stay at this hotel was one of the best, the staff from the front desk, maids, servers was outstanding. This is an older hotel but it was very clean, our room was very nice and we had a very nice time. We needed a taxi to go to a club, the staff called one for use and made sure that he would be able to pick us up. I recommend this hotel to everyone and if I ever go back to Fayetteville, this is where I will stay. If the management read this your entire staff deserves a raise. February 10, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not good This hotel is one of the worst and my second bad experience with the Holiday Inn Chain. This Hotel is old and desperately in need of renovation. The layout is very difficult to navigate as such you will need a map locate the parking, restaurant, gym, etc. Floors have dips, the carpet is noticeably worn throughout the hotel. Color scheme is very strange colors such as red, which creates a eerie atmosphere considering the age of the building. Room walls have some cracks and in need of paint, furniture is also dingy looking. Bedsheets and bedspreads were clean but the sheets were long past due for replacement as the fabric shows obvious signs of wear such as thinning spots and lint. I found remains of a roach on the floor. Microwave was dirty. The Refrigerator had some sticky stuff on one of the handles. The toilet water flow was slow. The Gym does not have disinfectant wipes to wipe equipment off before and after use, and the water cooler was empty. The Business center computer keyboard is very worn and dirty. There is no complementary breakfast, only coffee. These are the reasons that I would never recommend ever staying in this hotel. February 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Old and noisy Staff make up the good that I can say about the place. Chef and the front staff are very cordial. The hotel is 40 plus years old and was originally another brand. The hotel is made up of three sections and you must go outside to get to the main area unless you want to go up the SLOW elevator down the hall and back down the elevator. When you do go outside, don't expect the door to work going back. Only 1 door with a key pass was working. The hotel was not built with noise in mind. Very long hallways that echo. The housekeeping failed to make up our bed both days we were there. They dropped towels and that was it. Gym equipment was old and broke. January 29, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not worth the price I stayed over the weekend I was disappointed at the quality of the room and the facilities for being an intercontinental property. The bath tub had rust in it the door had a big nasty patch in it the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was used somewhere else before I don't know why they would put a dropped ceiling in a bathroom The bar was so cold it was uncomfortable to sit in had to been below 55 deg. The common areas were all very cold not just chilly but cold. I have been in plenty off lower priced hotels that were much nicer. I expect quality out of ICHG Not able to relax because there were a hotel full of kids for a tournament I was woke up several times from doors slamming and kids yelling. January 29, 2014

Requested a late checkout and one of the cleaners entered into the room without knocking first or identifying herself. January 10, 2014
