When I arrived at the hotel it was 2:00 PM. I went to check in and was told there are no rooms available. I could not check in until 3:00 PM. I said OK, and got a copy of USA Today and started reading, right in front of the check in desk (thank you for the paper). Next, I moved my car from the entrance area, came back in at 2:30 and saw that people were checking in??? I sat there for another 15 minutes watching people check in and went up to the counter to see if I could check in and was asked for my name etc. again, in a cold frosty manner. I felt like, was I forgotten, did I do something wrong to offend this lady?? Not really a problem because I had time to read and no place to go but why was I told 3:00 PM and other people were checking in at 2:30. Did a hotel this big have no rooms ready at 2:00 PM but many rooms at 2:30 PM??

Hotel staff overall was very friendly! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

i was able to enjoy, relax, and take business in comfort. the grounds were well kept and the lounging area were comfortable. while i was on the grounds i have misplace my cell phone. i try to retrace my steps but were unable to find my phone. but a staff must have found it and return it to the front desk. the person and the front desk must have saw i was in distress and ask if i lost something. she then brought me my phone.. great experience

When doing business in the Fayettville area, you cannot find a property that is so easy to access. Along with the clean and cofortable rooms, good food, and a very pleasant staff.

As stated previously I was not satisfied with this stay. I did not feel my being an IHG member was of any value or interest to the staff at this hotel.

I have always been a loyal IHG customer. Unfortunately, my review of this Holiday Inn hotel is definitely mixed. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been attended to in a long time. There was a distinct pink ring from bacteria in the toilet. This usually comes from water that has sat for a long period of time. Also, the coffee pot was missing as well as the coffee (the basket was there but empty). My suggestion would be if a room is empty for awhile, it should be checked prior to a guests' check-in. I attached a couple of pictures so that you could see the issues.
