We made a reservation with late arrival. After many hours on the road, we checked in and the room was comfortable although the thermostat was set at 68 - very chilly.
The restaurant on site was combined with a game area for the kids. Additionally, the menu was not varied enough and the prices were on the high side for what they offered.
Many of the guests, including myself walked across the parking lot to the chain restaurant.
The breakfast buffet, which I paid extra for was only fair. (You get a free coupon but pay more for the accommodation - so really not so free). After staying at the Staybridge Hotel earlier in my vacation, I was disappointed with the Holiday Inn. The Staybridge is a much better value and offered many more amenities.

Everytime I plan on traveling out of state, I feel great pride when I make my reservations on line through IHG. I have never had any problems with checkins or checkouts. I recommend to anyone I know to stay at the IHG just like this recent trip I had to Fayetteville NC whereas an old friend and I met there and conducted business and also enjoyed the sights in Fayetteville. We checked in and out the same days.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are top notch when it comes to customer service. Our room was clean, large and cool. I was very happy with our decision to stay at this Holiday Inn with our 8 month old.

Had a great stay at hotel. Everyone was friendly and made us feel at home. Lateesha waited on us in the restaurant and was charming. She made excellent recommendations and was very personable and made our dinner very enjoyable after a long drive from Florida.
This is our hotel for our trips up to visit family and friends in NJ.

Guest at the hotel 8/8-10/14. Room 1100 had no TV service no telephone service. Called Front Desk and they sent engineer to room. After a few minutes, he was able to get the TV working but no phone service and he would inform the office about the limited service in our room. No one from the office attempted to contact us or offered to move us to another room. After spending the first night in the room, I went to the front desk to inquire about no phone service and limited electrical outlets, I was told by the Front Desk attendant that a few ago prior that the facility was hit by an electrical storm and ever since then they had been experiencing issues with their electrical service. The attendant was not very pleasant and seemed to be annoyed that we were complaining. She took $20 off the room but she did so only after I told her I was going to contact the corporate office. She should have at least made guests aware that they may experience problems instead of saying they didn't know what rooms were affected. I also let the card tournament sponsor know regarding the service so they would be aware if they decided to come back again. This was not a good stay and won't recommend to stay again when in the area. I travel frequently and have several rewards cards with other chains and the customer service response was much better. Recommend staff training. While the front desk was non-responsive, the engineer provided excellent service and should be thanked for his efforts to try and restore service.

Although the room was comfortable, it has been my experience that getting the room I reserve never seems to matter. I reserved a room many months in advance, but at check-in, I'm placed as far from the front entrance as possible . What 's the point of reserving in advance? For 3 years this has happened; this after requesting a handicapped room. My roommate was given entrance to the room without anyone asking for ID . She received a key ,and not asked for ID.

Stayed here for an overnight on the way to disney world. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was right off the interstate. (Literally not even a half mile)

I personally enjoy a room that is extremely cool and I was able to keep my room very cool and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well, affording me a good nights rest. I like the noon check-out too, many hotels do 11AM...gave me some extra relaxation time in the morning. All in all a very good stay at an affordable rate....I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Half way to our new destination, my son realized that he forgot is favorite pillow back at the hotel and was really upset that he left his "friend" behind. I called the hotel and they informed me that they did indeed find the pillow and would ship it out (C.O.D.) to me right away. We got it back today and my son was so relieved to have his "friend" back home. Thank you for taking the time to find the pillow and send it back to us so quickly.

My mattress seemed to be over 20 years old. It was very hard on the edges and visibly sank in and was uneven when you laid down on it. My tub was not cleaned my 2nd day and urine drops was still on the rim of my commode.

At the end of an 9-hour drive, we found that the ONLINE directions to our Holiday Inn were wrong. This was the second time on this trip. The first time, we caught the mistake on the phone within 10 miles of the hotel. This time, however, we were 30 miles past the correct exit. As a courtesy, we were given a suite for the night and a comped breakfast. As an IHG member, the comped breakfast was already included. The suite also was a non-starter. It was a large room in poor condition: no light switches by the door (you had to walk into the next room for light). The rest of the room followed suit: odd and worn. I would not recommend. At all. A smaller room that was fresh, clean and in complete working order would have been more than fine.

I have enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were Fresh and comforting. Helping my to relax after some busy days. Really enjoyed the indoor pool and the bar in the restaurant. it was quite fun!

We stayed here 2 nights. We were very pleased with our experience. The hotel was very clean, rooms clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast each morning was great with friendly, helpful staff. We will definately stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was absolutely excellent ... plenty of space, lovely comfortable bed, nice and cool. Couldn't have been more pleased after a long frustrating day on the road. And having a Ruby Tuesday right next door is perfect!
The issues were:
Not enough staff at the front desk.
TV remote in room didn't work.
Only one of two computers in Business Center worked.

I was passing through on business and happened to have my family along. We stopped at this hotel, which is located right off of I-95. The rooms look to be newly renovated, the indoor pool was the perfect temperature and the restaurant was perfect for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very accommodating and it appears they have a large amount of meeting space for functions. All around a perfect stay!!

Three of us had adjoining rooms, which was great. One room had problem with refrigerator, which was immediately replaced. Pool was closed for repair, but arrangements were made for us to use pool at adjoining hotel. Breakfast buffet was great and service was done with a smile. Big storm came up when time to leave and staff let us use our room a little longer, until storm passed. Housekeeping responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a busy weekend but...we had a king bed and a couch for three. There was one chair in the room and it was a computer chair and not comfortable. The couch had no mattress and the linens did not include a pillow or a blanket. we had to call for these items and housekeeping was so late in the afternoon that we just settled for clean towels. With a group that sits and meditates in the early morning it was not pleasant with no chairs. The food was very good and the staff was very helpful. As I said it was a very busy weekend but it was a disappointment after other stays at Holiday Inns.

Happy Customer - love your hotel and service. Most of our friends always stay at your hotel almost everytime our Spiritual teacher comes to your town. I have your phone number and address programmed on my cell phone and I know how hard it is to get rooms when the Big Boss comes to town. Even when I called a couple of times to recheck my bookings the staff were very nice and polite on the phone. They were Jasmine and Candice.
