Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by front desk needs some work the front desk staff was excessively slow, some of this is due to the room service being behind, however, it does not take 10-15 minutes to check people in. when there is a line of hotel guests waiting, the managers shouldn't ignore it, they should help check guests in.
