Housekeeping service was excellent--rooms were also neat and tidy

Overall its a great place has a lot to offer hotel has a lot of things going for it.Nice bar and play area for family.The only problem we had was the dog show which they told us about at check in.Not because the dogs bothered us but no parking they only had 1 space to park in the back where they told us to go.They had every parking space near the entrance doors coned off.I was hesitant to park there at first but did it anyway.Upon leaving we noticed some one had hit our passenger side mirror of our brand new car.Only a week old it was. I was not to happy,they should have left some spaces for non dog people to park.Some one must have tried to squeeze in next to us and didn't make it.

This hotel is excellent for both business and pleasure travelers. Great location and lots of places to eat and shop close by. Pool and workout area was nice and my room was clean and well maintained. Front desk was VERY helpful and went out of their way to accommodate special circumstances I had with scheduling. If this hotel had free breakfast they would be one of the better hotels I have been to.

The buffet breakfast is outstanding--bacon, sausage, eggs and fruit. The room was nice and quiet. We came for cat show, had no problems and the kitties behaved themselves. We had been here before for the cat show so this was a return trip, and was just as nice as the first time.

All the staff was pleasant, smiling and willing to accommodate all requests. Reservation problems were straightened out in a professional manner. I like the proximity of the hotel to almost unlimited shopping and dining options within a couple of miles.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and easy access to parking and surroundings. Pet friendly policies are very important to us. Very convenient to take pet outside.

I was in town for business and chose this hotel because of the location. I had to check in a little early and was welcomed without a hitch. Priority club members are well recognized and my overall perception of the hotel was great. Breakfast buffet was a nice addition, along with the hotel bar. Would definitely stay again.

I do not understand why hotels insist on using the overpowering air freshener scents. I am not sure if it is coming from the actual HVAC system or it is something in the vacuum cleaners but it is quite offensive. Many people are very sensitive to odors and these types of "air freshners" are doing anything but freshening the air. It is especially hard on people who suffer from asthma.

I will admit the experience at the front desk on my check-in totally formed my poor impression of the property. I am a priority member and have developed certain expectations when checking in. First, I expect to be placed in the room type I reserve and that I have on my profile. If this room is not available - for whatever reason - I expect to be offered to be moved to that type of room when one comes available during my stay. It is then up to me to opt for the move or remain put. I do find it extremely difficult to believe my room type was unavailable and believe it was merely the whim of the man at the desk to hold me in a room I did not prefer. The breakfast was very good and compliments on the property itself. sadly my check-in experience jades the stay. Additionally, I have also become accustomed to being recognized as a priority member and felt as though that was totally ignored. No welcome amenities I am use to receiving at other properties. I also object to the room location from a noise and exterior lighting standpoint.

Great location, located close to anything you would like to go to in Frederick. Rooms are very clean, and comfortable. But the real reason we keep coming back is, The Staff. We enjoy going to the lounge, for food , Drinks, and wonderful service. Lisa and Tom always make us fell welcome, and at home.( Our Bartenders) And the food is really amazing. Drinks are a fair price, well worth the great times we have going there. Thank you for so many wonderful nights there. 5/5

It was suggested that we, as wedding guests, use this facility for our overnight stay. The grooms family had scheduled a rehearsal dinner at the in-house restaurant and the staff was anxious to assist with all of our needs and were extremely easy to work with. Rooms were comfortable and spacious enough to easily accommodate the 5 members of my family. The pool and activities area gave adults and children alike a great opportunity to "blow off " any excess energy. Our wedding was at another location nearby, but we did catch a glimpse of a wedding being held in one of the private larger areas and the setting was stunning. The Frederick Conference Center Holiday Inn was a very pleasant part of our wedding weekend memories.
