Under staffed. Showed up with over 6 people in line and one service person at the desk, answering phones and checking people in. Took over 30 minutes. Room was hot, ceiling tiles were missing, electrical wires hanging from the AC unit, chairs broken, old soap in the shower. It will the the last time I stay there. I am surprised that Holiday Inn would hang their name on this property.

booked the hotel because of the indoor pool.had a flight in from las vegas so the shuttle picked me up at the airport.had the best mix drink (long island iced tea)i recommend the food .i went to the shania twain concert..my daughter and i loved the indoor pool

I recently traveled to Fresno for business and was delighted to be able to walk right out of the airport and go just a very short distance walk to the hotel. It is literally right there. They have a nice outside presence and was greeted very nicely at the front desk. Even though the hotel is across the street from the airport, my room was very quiet and I wasn't disturbed by any plane noise. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our room was nowhere near up to standard. The bathroom was dirty, filthy tub, moldy tub enclosure, bath mat that was so black that no one would or should use it and sink that looked like it was falling off the wall. The toilet paper holder also was popping out too. I showed to the manager (Joel) and he had someone come in to fix the bathroom issues. The ceiling had spitballs all over it over the couch area and light bulbs were blown out so the room was very dark in areas. Just not acceptable for any standard. Along with a catering chair at the working desk in this king executive suite. We ended up moving to another room and things were somewhat better. Then there was the pool. It was not accessable monday, tuesday and part of wednesday because of "pool parties" over the weekend. They had no chemicals to put in the pool and then told me numerous times it would be ready and each time I walked down in my suit etc I heard another apology and yet no solution to the pool issue. I picked this hotel because of the 100 degree weather. The Holiday Inn chain should be embarrassed at this kind of management of a facility. We have stayed in many many of your hotels and this was by far the worst. on another note I had wonderful service from Daniel the maintenance person and Everette at the front desk couldnt have apologized for all the things that were out of his control. They deserve medals for having to work in these conditions.

I made a reservation here and my plans changed but the manager would not refund my money. I wont stay here ever. Would not recommend it to anyone.
