Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bike Ride in Mountains. Great location near all the Frisco resorts. We rode some of of the Ride the Rockies segments and used this hotel for our R&R. The front desk people were very nice. We had a small problem with the room and it was fixed quick. The front desk person even ran to the roon to fix the problem. June 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fun in Frisco Stayed here so that we would be close to lake Dillon and Turquoise Lake for kayaking. Lake Dillon the evening of arrival. Turquoise the next day. What a great time. We had Dinner in town at sliver springs steak house. A great place for this area, close to so many activities and attractions. June 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good service, poor quality rooms The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel looked nice from first glances on the outside, but once we headed to our room, we noticed that the interior was a lil dated. This is not a big deal, as long as the rooms are clean. Once we got into our room, we noticed a musty, moldy smell. We thought maybe from the room being closed up as it was damp outside, so we opened the patio door for awhile and let in some fresh air. We left to grab a bite to eat and came back to the room later on to the same very musty smell. The front desk staff did not hesitate to get us a different room and mentioned that they had recently had the carpets cleaned. This may be the cause of the smell. The Hotel is very large and has many rooms and great views of the mountains that surround it. June 25, 2016

Entire hotel was under construction, restaurant was closed more often than it was open and when it was open, it was understaffed and the one guy on duty was grumpy. Free coffee in the morning? Good luck with that. Cockroaches in the room, broken toilet seat, fire alarm that goes off during nap time. Ice machine doesn't work and the front desk staff couldn't even figure out how to print a receipt. June 23, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Too expensive for off season My room was located in far back corner of 5th floor. Room had that musty smell like the carpet hadn't been cleaned in years. The room cost also was high considering it was off season and hardly any patrons were staying that night. I'm on the road 150 nights a year, so I know the difference between great and average hotels, this place needs a major upgrade, June 20, 2016
