Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not return to this location The room we booked online, and paid for online, was not available when we checked in. This resulted in myself, my husband, my 14 yr old daughter, and my 10 yr old son all sharing a bed after a long day of driving. There was absolutely no concern or offer of reasonable compensation (a second room was offered four floors away, when we were all sharing one suitcase, and only one elevator was working to service all 14 floors). There was no apology, and the staff seemed rather irritated that we were asking them to find suitable accommodations for us. We called customer service, and were pleased with the end results after they became involved, but we will never return to this location. The room was dirty, the sleeper sofa had soiled linens on it, and the clean linens stored in the closet were torn and had dried blood on them. Certainly not what we would expect from a Holiday Inn. Very disappointed with this stay. July 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Eat somewhere else! The restaraunt is severly understaffed so you will wait 20 plus minutes to be seated and after your seated you will be on your own for service during your meal. Room service doesnt exsist so don't even try. June 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised I wound up at this Holiday Inn when my travel plans changed and the very reputable, historic hotel in downtown New Orleans where we stayed the first night wasn't able to accommodate us for an additional two nights. Once we got there, I was very happy. The room was clean, quiet and didn't smell like smoke even though it was a smoking room. We had room service one day, which was pretty good. Also had the breakfast buffet one morning, which was just ok. The service was a little slow- and it generally appeared that the restaurant doesn't have anyone 'in charge' to monitor and direct the staff. That leads to an uncoordinated provision of service, hence the delays in getting food to the buffet, to the customers who ordered something other than the buffet, etc... While online directions told me it would take a half hour to get to a location on the outskirts of downtown, it was a lot closer than I expected and didn't take nearly that long. Very convenient to the highway and a small 'town' that has restaurants, shopping, etc... I will definitely put this hotel on my list of places to go when I return to New Orleans. June 19, 2015
