People at the front desk, security and restaurant dprovide an excellent service -fast to answer calls, resolve issues and a very positive attitude always with a nice smile. I take my hat off to all of them!. In contrast, maid service if quite inconsistent as they forget to leave soap, shampoo, towels, or coffee, this happens very frequently -several times a week. Food quality is also inconsistent, The same dish can be excellent on one day and quite poor the next time you order it, Despite this, I do recommend this hotel and I'm certain if these things were fixed, it can become of excellent value.

In the first case asigned for to my the room 101 and there are a lot songs for the people services sing, speak and moved diferente things out this room, we moved to ather room by this problems.

I make a reservation for two rooms at your HIE Hotel. The people in front desk is very Kind. Only at our arrive I requested to Mr Edgar put my crew mate name in his room in order to each one can pay at the check out with its oun credit card. By any reazon at the check out we lost almos 30 to 40 minutes for tha change i order to get each one our respective invoises.
They need to do it as soon as possible in order to avoid time lost and over work for his work mates.
