I usually stay in this hotel when I travel to Laredo but seems like that the alarm clock and the minisplit need to upgrade. I always try to set the sleep button for music but the last 2 times I had not done that due to bad reception of the radio tunner. the air conditioning is good, though too noisy.

The airconditioner was making loud noises the restroom was not clean. the overall condition of the facility was in poor condition. would not recommend to anyone and will not be staying there again.

The only negative I found is the lack of a continental breakfast especially with the price as high for the room.

This hotel is out-dated. Bring your own power strip if you want to use your laptop away from the desk in the room. Few outlets and hard to reach. This property needs some major updates. The bathrooms are okay, but could use some fixes, like a toilet with constantly running water.
Having said that, most of the staff is wonderful, particularly in the restaurant. Juan, Pedro and the cashiers are very professional, courteous and efficient.
I had two separate stays, one week apart. During my second stay I was impressed when Pedro, the waiter, remembered my food preferences from a week earlier. I can't imagine how many people he sees a day, yet he was able to accurately fill my food order without me prompting him.
