The food was some of the best I have had, and the staff was very friendly. Have a cold drink and some good food while there, you will not regret it...

There was no space to park my big truck and i was not able to park at the hotel at all asked the front desk and they told me that what was available was available !!!

AC didn't work; told no one was there to fix it. Room quality is of a 2 star; service shuttle only goes across freeway. Offered to change rooms, but did not offer to send help to move luggage. Key didn't work in new room assigned. parking a problem when events are held; no towels in the pool. not a lot of staff around to help; looked like they were short of staff. Parking could use more lighting; feels unsafe.

I am Priorty Club member and this was,by far, the Worst experience ever at holiday!!! I would certainly recommend you consider new personel for that property and totally remodel! It was horrible!!!! Never stay there again and certainly WILL NOT RECOMMEND that property!!! Keys to room NEVER worked, air condition did not work properly, one curtain missing from window!!! Front desk staff did not seem to b concerned with problems!!!

it's just a shame that in this day and age, dial-up quality wifi service is tacked onto a nice hotel with an absolutely awesome staff. Hopefully there will be enough comments to have this issue addressed. It is hard to imagine many people not being agitated with waiting several minutes just to load a web page, particularly during peak hours.
