Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Appearance/Heating/Breakfast Quality The overall appearance was shabby - chipped paint, grubby side entrance, rippled wallpaper, gaps between wall & ceiling, and bathroom fixtures. When we arrived there were piles of dirty linens in the hallway outside numerous rooms. The temperature in the room swung wildly from hot and dry to cold and dry when trying to adjust the temperature. The breakfast variety looked good, but the melon tasted not ripe and spoiled at the same time, the eggs were hard and dry, the grits were very watery. I was offered a wonderful orange spice tea that was very good. Not what I am used to from Holiday Inn. The front desk staff was very good. December 3, 2014

Light bulb on one of the night stands was burned out. Had to switch out bulb with other lamp in order to read. November 26, 2014
