Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I enjoyed the stay overall, however, I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer a small fridge for leftovers, or a microwave. As I was there for work, having leftovers in the evening, it would've been nice to reheat them instead of having to go get a full meal. May 22, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worth It The service received at this hotel was hideous. The person who checked us in, gave us a king bedroom poolside (I ordered a 2 bed room poolside - at a higher rate). When we went down there and stated that we ordered the other style room (we had proof via the confirmation email) - he stated that they couldn't give us that as they didn't have any available and I should've called instead of booking online to properly reserve the room. They offered me to stay in the room I currently had keys to or I could be moved to a 2 bed room, non-poolside for the same price. I said that the poolside rooms are more expensive and he argued that I was incorrect. I took the key to the non-poolside 2 bedroom room and felt very irritated with the treatment as I travel for business and have never had any issues before. The check-in that day was horrible as well - gave a few papers to sign (normal) then when another gentlemen walked up (maybe a manager or another associate) they guy helping us said to the other gentlemen "it is raining so I have to go roll my windows up" then just walked away - the guy didn't make sure we had the keys, didn't make sure we signed all the papers - didn't say anything - just walked away. The new guy wasn't much friendlier. I would suggest customer service training potentially for the staff at that location. I am astounded by the level of service that was provided and not in a good way. May 16, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay while in Livonia It's a really good hotel to stay in while in Livonia. Really close to restaurants and it's right across from the Laurel Park Mall. The room is really clean. The bathroom is just as clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Hotel staff was great. My room stay came with free breakfast. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was exceptional. If I'm ever in Livonia again, I will definitely choose the hotel again. May 10, 2016
