Public transportation was close and convenient. Staff tried very hard to be helpful.. Business lounge was wonderful. Conceiage was helpful with tours and cars to the airport .

The staff was great, the experience was tops and beyond my expectations, and beyond what I read on the internet. I took the chance and was happy about the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The second stay at the hotel was better than the first stay as the room was better, but overall everything was great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from Tube station. 5 minutes walk from Natural and History Museum. 7 minutes walk to Hyde Park and 10 minutes walk to Kensington High Street.

Entry about 6pm. Only one staff member on reception. Very noisy reception, foyer and also restaurant. All in a large open area where the noise carries.
Although 6 lifts long wait as on 11th floor. Dinner usual Holiday Inn food. Service however very good. DO NOT AGREE with the service charge and also then having a place for a gratuity.
Breakfast OK but staff cramming guests into one side of the room. So rather than a quiet meal and a read of the paper was subjected to the babbling from the next table. Tables very close so ended up eating and running. Guests should be more important than the staff and cleaning.
Check out fine. So nice but could be much better with a bit of thought and attention to detail

Nothing special and below the standard expected by IHG. Room was a lot smaller than the Holiday Inn Express I recently stayed at. The same HI Express offered more in the way of toiletries too.
Was charged 10% service charge at the bar for a coffee and iced tea, yet had to take the drinks myself to the garden; when we returned 3 hours later our glasses had not been cleared from the table.
Complacency seems to spring to mind.
I will probably stay at the HI Express next time - cheaper and better value.
