Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A number of issues with this hotel The toilet in our room was blocked and would not flush properly and the sink water took an age to drain away. All the sanitary ware in the bathroom looked like it had seen better days. Not as good as other Holiday Inns in London. May 2, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst ever Holiday inn experience I have stayed a number of times at this Holiday Inn, despite that I have never experienced this tragic service before. I am a spire Elite member and i was told upon arrival that I was upgraded to a Superior room. That's when the fun started!!! the room was the very last in a corridor, freezing from the windows and the air-conditioning was in cold output!! The room was small and at night we have asked for extra blanckets and a removal heater. Despite that we couldnot sleep all night. Eventually the next morning because of our complaints they moved us to a nice room were everything was fine. I wonder if I wasnt an Elite member what room could I get??????? April 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, excelllent breakfast Great location - 1 min from tube and local shops, bars etc Would highly recommend the breakfast - wide choice and selection of hot and cold food, fruit and drinks. Excellent start to the day and can keep you well fed for most of the day! Staff were really friendly Slight noise at night, due to nearby train station. But this did not stop us getting a good sleep due to the comfort of the room. April 27, 2016
