All the staff you meet are keen to make sure your stay is as comfortable a possible. They really make you feel as though your well being is of the utmost importance and that they really appreciate your custom. Often this courtesy is lost at the bigger chains but not with this hotel, its something the team at the holiday inn Ariel Heathrow should be very proud of. March 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience Not a good experience at this hotel. Firstly I had to make 2 trips to reception as my room card wouldn't let me into the room. When I got into the room it was very cold and unable to control the heating as it was set and controlled by the hotel. I asked for the details to connect to the wifi but it wouldn't let me connect. When I asked reception they confirmed they would send someone to sort the issue out. No one turned up. In the end I got so fed up and went to bed, as I had I be up at 4am to get my flight. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. I have stayed at many holiday inn/ express, as a club member but this was by far my worst experience. March 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Improve customer service As a platinum member with IHG, I was extremely dissatisfied with this property. Probably one of my worse experiences with IHG hotels. When I checked in, I inquired about an upgrade and was told none was available. However, upon checking the hotel's website l, I found out better rooms were in fact available. A few hours later I called the front desk and asked for some towels to be brought to my room cause the ones already there, had stains on them. It took them 4 hours and 3 follow up calls to finally bring me some towels. Will stay at other properties next time in London March 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm Staff and Quiet room Stayed overnight before catching an early flight back to the USA. Great sleep because the room was so quiet and so dark. Staff are really nice, warm and approachable and helpful too. March 26, 2015
