Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brilliant location Really great location so close to the airport and tube station. I really enjoy having the chef at breakfast time making the fresh omlettes. Although the hotel is busy, particularly at checking out time they are really quick and efficient in dealing with guests. I will definitely stay in this hotel again and it is one of my favourites when I have meetings arranged in London. January 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Value At the time of booking the parking was stated if applicable. We have stayed at this establishment before and did not have to pay for parking as it was at the manager's discretion. However, this time the discretion was not applied and we left with a bill that would have been cheaper for us to have had a return taxi from home. On requesting to discuss this with the manager, we found him to be curt and one line answer, 'We charge for the parking, it is the official policy.' We will not be using this establishment again and will encourage our friends and relatives to look elsewhere for a stay around Heathrow Airport if flying for a short trip abroad. If you read this review then consider carefully before you book to stay at this hotel. January 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dining We stayed on New Years Eve. no suit able arrangements were made for ordinary guests, i.e. travellers, to dine in the Hotel restaurant or bar that evening. We were informed at check in that the restaurant was booked for a private function, but the bar would be available for snacks and drinks which would have been fine, however we arrived at the bar to find that the whole area had been cleared for a disco, no chairs or tables to be seen, only the permanent seats set around the side. Add to that the fact that the disco was already blasting out, at 7 o'clock in the evening, before the diners had even gone into the restaurant. Definitely not a pleasant enviroment to be relaxing, to enjoy a drink and a light meal! Our only alternative would have been to eat in our rooms, not ideal on any evening especially New Years Eve! The receptionists were not a great help but did eventually, having been asked at least twice, bring out the duty manager, who arranged transport for us to the nearest Indian Restaurant, not the type of meal we had in mind, but the staff there were very pleasant and the meal OK. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by First visit to this venue I have frequently stayed in various of the Holiday Inn venues but this is the first time at this particular location. The hotel has easy access to the Heathrow terminals and a good private car service on offer from reception which is very reasonably priced. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant serves good food. All in all a very satisfactory experience and I would be quite happy to stay there again whenever I am travelling from Heathrow.
