Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sky's Dad Helpful staff, but room a little noisy
The staff were great, and really helpful with our tight schedule.
The only bad point was the traffic noise in the room.
For a well respected hotel chain in this prime location, i would have expected a quieter room.
Perhaps the double glazing might need repair?

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Zeca74 Great service, location, and value for money
The overall experience at Holiday Inn Mayfair was above our expectations. Room Service (including cleanliness) and, in particular, the Concierge, were particularly impressive due their highly respectfull, professional and proactive atitude to make our stay really pleasant, including their availability and willingness to help solving small problems as and when we have asked for their assistance. Well done!
Having said that, however, we would recommend some improvement as regards the F&B service, namely during the breakfast time. In fact, we did not appreciate to be received by too familiar expressions such as "Hi guys, how do you feel this morning?"...

Best looking and feeling Holiday Inn. Noisy room on first floor backing onto courtyard with noisy bins and doors. I was compensated acceptably

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love London 3 Nights - Excellent
I often travel to London and this was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is ordinary and has a noticeably transient feel to it, but the room was very clean, well furnished and spacious enough for one person staying three nights. The bed is comfortable and there is hardly any detectable noise from the hall or contiguous rooms. I always stay in this area of London and the location is absolutely perfect for walking anywhere, or if you prefer the Tube or Taxi, they are right outside. The lobby staff was professional and the housekeeping was efficient. I will stay here again and I recommend this hotel for both tourist and business travelers.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rugby Average but good location
I have stayed at this hotel before and I choose it for its location which is its major benefit. Apart from that it is average in most ways, the rooms are very small and the bathrooms the same. The decor has a tired feeling about it and the staff are very much going through the motions with little enthusiasm or interest in the customer (the exception to this is the concierge team who are good). The food is ok but nothing special however this is not a problem as there are many good restaurants within a short walk (ask the concierge for recommendations). There's nothing really wrong with the hotel but at the same time there is little memorable about it - my title of this review is the reality, it's just average.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Leslie 2015 Great staff
Mark in Concierge was amazing always smiling and remembers everything. Lovely to ask how your day or event or your Marathon run went. I enjoyed sharing it with him. I believe the other in Concierge was Alek. Great guy and very helpful. Exceptionally friendly front desk staff, one gentlemen and two ladies.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LiamGG "Family" room experience is poor
"Family" room means simply 2 double beds squashed into a normal sized room.
Wall paper is peeling off the wall.
Room looks like it was last decorated in the 1980s.
Concierges were friendly and helpful.
