I stayed here on business. Nice staff who couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable bed and breakfast choice excellent.

The room was clean, which is good. Here were the odd little things that I didn't like.
There was a hallway on the way to my room, keypass was needed. It was older and didn't work all the time (although my key always worked). It was just a nuisance, though, since I could walk the long way around, which didn't need key access.
Ice machine near room was not working - no sign to indicate this.
In room coffee machine. There was only one package of "sweetener/etc" instead of two like every other hotel I've ever been at. Also, no tea, like every other hotel I've ever been at!

we were at your hotel for 1 night ( 4 persons ) every thing was o.k. reception, personnel, restaurant,. servers, room etc the driver on the mini bus was helpful and kind BUT the step to get in the bus is very too high for persons who are unable to jump in that bus. persons of 60 or 70 can't get in the bus. or persons who are shorter or overweight. It could be so simple to have a little bench to make the first step. Those benches are not expensives, $2.00 at the dollar stores. it is small and not heavy and don't take too much room. each bus should have one in case of need. hope the next time you will have it. Thank you

I choose this Hotel because usually i get good servicethe Holiday Inn . First thing is the shuttle bus , i had to call the hotel to find out where to meet the shuttle at the Airport . It's not on the website . Second issue , the driver almost did not help me to load my luggage and unload . Got to my room around midninght . Nothing around the hotel close by to get some food .Restaurant or bar was close already . At 03:00 am for an hour so it wake me up . Lots of noise in the hallway so i had to call security .
Terrible experience overall

I booked on-line for a family of 5. Upon arriving I learned the room was a Queen sofa pull-out and a king size bed. The king bed was fine, the room was clean and looked nice, the courtyard was great for the kids.
The issue was with the pull-out sofa and staff response. The mattress was really, really, really bad. The kids would have rather slept on a matt or carpet but the room had a bare floor. It's not that i expected comfort, but it was only marginally better than the floor.
At checkout I mentioned how unhappy I was. I was polite and I expected an apology, some compensation or even some sympathy - nothing. Absolutely no recognition. I emailed Holiday Inn who said they were sorry we weren't happy and would advise the hotel manager.
I was really surprised Holiday Inn wasn't able to take any steps to retain a customer. Quite disappointing.

Overall experience was good.
Issue with my room allocation when I arrived......someone had been smoking in a non smoking room.....entered an unlocked/unsecured room.
Called front desk and they responded and resolved the issue immediately with a new room allocation.
Amenities and services were great. Restaurant food and staff were terrific. Nice atmosphere and service at the bar!
Look forward to my next stay!
