I stayed in this hotel for business. Although I arrived quite late I felt cozy and relaxed. Keep the cleaness of the facility as is.

Stayed here overnight while on business.
Very nice, room was perfect, had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Very good, service was great. The free beer for Priority club membership was a nice touch .

We booked a two night stay in the "honeymoon suite" to take advantage of the amenities it has to offer. First night had no TP at or towels for the jacuzzi tub which took an hour to fill up and a light burnt out. Informed the front desk the next day in writing of problems and they said they would have it fixed during the day.
THat night when we returned nothng was done and the room was not even cleaned. We complained when we checked out to the manager on duty who was also the one we gave the list of problems to. He was very apologetic and gave us a reduced rate which was very much appreciated. Still disappointing for the overall experience !

The room and the service was nice, but the shuttle service (from airport to hotel) was horrible. After 45 minutes late, we need to take a taxi.

Lounge staff very friendly, was sitting alone, and he suggested i may be more comfortable in the lounge, games room to watch the hockey game. i took his suggestion and he was right.

It has been my favorite hotel in Montreal area since the hotel was renovated a year ago. But it seems the facilities going dated fast I am a platinum member and always has my room upgraded . But my room is small and old during my 2 recent visits.

We arrived at 1:00 a.m., tired from a long flight. Desk clerk not too friendly and definitely not helpful. Had trouble finding our room. Breakfast included in our price but coupon had not been remitted by desk clerk. Quickly resolved by different desk clerk in the morning, who was far friendlier and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good price for room, parking for 8 days and breakfast (max. 20$ for 2, buffet is 28$ for 2, you pay the difference).

Arrived late (very) at the hotel and was not pleased with the check in experience, staff was not prepared. No express check-out at this propoerty so a check out visit to the desk elicited the same impression from the morning staff.
Then to find that my vehicle had been broken into. I understand that Montreal is a known city for car theft/vandalism but I think the property could make a better effort to maintain the parking area lighting, perhaps some type of securtiy.
All in all, any unfortunate experience. I will avoid this property in the future.

Enjoyed a bried stay in Montreal, hotel was within minutes driving from downtown (in good traffic). Clean and good sized room. Good to great value when compared to hotels in the downtown area.

I enjoyed everything in this hotel, until the waiter refused to even acknowledge my presence at the restaurant.
The waiter would not even make eye contact with me.
I told the people at the front desk about this and their response was to tell me what a good guy he is...
I won't be going back, as there are not any other places to eat near this hotel.
The rest of the staff at this hotel were wonderful, and it is a shame that this one employee is what I will remember from my visit to Montreal....

We made hotel reservations for both the beginning & return of our overseas vacation. Confirmation numbers were received.
On our return - after many hours of travel - we checked in to be told the reservation "could not be found." I produced my confirmation notice & then we were told the type of room requested was not available. An alternative was suggested.
We visited FIVE different rooms before we were given the accommodation requested in our reservation. The heating system was broken in 2 of the rooms, there were single beds in the others or 1 room was huge. Finally, after 1 and 1/2 hours we were in a room like to the one 1st requested.
There were 2 basic problems: A) the initial reservation "got lost" & B) the front desk staff failed to understand that what we wanted was a room just like the one 1st requested. "Upgrades", changes etc. were not wanted.
Guests should not be subjected to such an incredibly long checking-in experience. This rates "F" for failure.

The hotel was nice and not far from the Airport as adverstized. One of the main reasons we took this room was because of the shuttle service. Unfortunately when we got there and asked for Shuttle we were told it was fully booked. After trying to make the person at the desk understand that this was unacceptable, we were told that this is a free service offerred to all guest and that the hotel was not prepared to pay for taxi. It cost about $25,00 taxi to get to the airport. Coming back we waited about 40 monutes for the shuttle. When it arrived it was like seagulls after a bag of fries in a parking lot. Aside from that Hotel was good. Might consider just driving in morning and parking at hotel next time

Everything was very good. Dining room staff and lounge were excellent. I normally stay 2 or more weeks at a time on business. When I do laundry and put my shirts on a hanger after removing from dryer there is no place to hang them. A hook on the wall would be nice.

We made a reservation online with the specific request to have a room that slept 5. We have 3 children and were very clear on that fact. We booked and paid for a room that stated it slept 5. When we arrived we were giving a room that had one bed and a pull out sofa. When I talked to the front desk I was told that I would have to pay an additional $20 + tax for a roll away cot. This was never indicated in any of the confirmation emails! I obviously needed a place for one child to sleep so was forced to pay the extra. Later we discovered that the pull out sofa didn't have bedding, so I had to chase for that. In the morning my husband wanted to make coffee, but there was no pot in the coffee maker! Sometimes its the little things that ruin what should be a fun and relaxing stay. For the amount of money that is charged for a one night stay....it would have been nice not worry about chasing for bedding and a cup of coffee!
If it wasn't for the wonderful staff in the restaurant I would have been a very upset customer. The waiters asked if we had coupons for the kids food, (the front desk neglected to give those!), they ran to the front and made sure that we got them. A special Thanks for Mario for singing our little guy Happy Birthday!

The lobby was unkempt, the hallways were dingy with the walls and doors torn up and dented, and they smelled. The exercise room wasn't clean, and the equipment in poor shape. The room wasn't very clean, though the bedding was. I was afraid to walk barefoot and had to clean the telephone before using it.
I arrived at 10:30 PM, was advised at front desk that I could have dinner untill 11PM. If the very kind bartender, Roger, had not made a special effort for me, having told me that the kitchen closed at 10PM, I would not have been able to have dinner.

Even though it was recently renovated there were old fixtures in the room, TV is HD but service is not at all HD which defeats the purpose of the TV, they removed the Hot Tub (Big Mistake) that was one of the features we loved to use and relax, Pool water is not hot enough, Server at breakfast service is not polite at all, makes you feel rushed and un-important.
Shuttle driver was excellent, very polite and help full.

Being a GOLD member I would expect to get a room with breakfast included -- it was not. They did give me a chit for a glass of wine; I would rather of had the breakfast.
The good was the bed (firm) and the pillows (hard) - sorry that I only spent one night here because of the good sleep.
Last week, I spent 6 nights at another Holiday Inn - bed O.K, pillows were terrible BUT they did give me breakfast!

I was happy with the hotel location, clean room, great facilities, friendly staff, good resturant, but card entry into the room was terrible. I must have has 10 or more card reprogramed while I was there for three nights. And considering the room was a far walk from the from desk it was not a pleasent experience. This was happening weather I was carrying my cell on me or not.

We hosted a family, couple and three daughters, one night, on the way to Mont Tremblant, and we love the hotel, which has an excellent recreational area and the staff very attentive. It has large rooms for a family like ours. A great restaurant and good breakfast. It's right next to Trudeau International Airport and easy access to the highway that goes to Tremblant.

Love that hotel, stays there every time I can while in Montreal. Atrium atmosphere makes us feel like we're on vacations! Restaurant menu is diversified and prices are very reasonnable, specially for a hotel. On our last trip, about 20 of us had dinner at the hotel and every single person liked their food. That says a lot! Hotel has been renovated and is very trendy, beautiful!

Only down side I have to say was the door to the hotel room. Our room was directly across the hall from the laundromat. I have never had an issue with noise coming thru the door but this one was bad... Who does laundry at 1am...

Not bad for the price that you pay. I regularly stay in 3 hotels in the area and 2 of those hotels really appreciate the business you give them. This location, unofortunately is not one of those. I received a holiday greeting card from one and several free meal coupons from the other. No big deal but small things count.

I am a Platinum member as is my colleague that I was traveling with. He was upgraded, however I was not presumably due to a shortage of rooms. That is OK and understandable. However, I was put into a room in which there was no cooling and the telephone didn't work. After the temperature went above 30C I called and asked for another room. The person on duty came to try and fix the heating system and eventually agreed I had to change rooms. The one they put me into was an upgraded room! It was fine excepting the sink didn't work properly and it was missing a telephone. When we went for breakfast, my colleague got his - mine was the same order but I waited over 25 minutes more for mine. In summary, the impression left on me was that the experience fell short of the standards I have come to expect at Holiday Inns, and feel this franchise is very short staffed.

I stayed on most Holiday Inns due the quietness on their rooms.
But on this one the heating was really noisy. I have a light dream and It is hard for me to sleep, I have to turn off the heating in order to sleep
Besides this inconvenience ( for me is too important to get a good night sleep) , the services and staff are great ,

Was able to relax and take my flight the next morning. Wake up call was prompt and the shuttle was there to get me to the airport on time. Driver was very helpful as I was travelling alone.
