Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a location to return This hotel is in great need of remodeling and personnel training. On arrival I need to add an extra night to my stay and I was never advice of a rate change of 30% increase. To correct this at checkout took to the only person at the desk at 9 am, over 50 minutes and phone calls to the supervisor, thus delaying my trip. In the room the housekeeping was poor with a very light cleaning. There are insufficient electric outlets for the electronic equipment that a business person carries today (computer, tablet and phone). At the restaurant / bar there is not acceptable variety liquor and there are not wine glasses available. I must say that the food quality was acceptable. The lobby is design in such a poor way that when somebody arrives and uses a cart for the luggage, the person in front of the desk needs to move out of the way in order to give way. To me, this is not a location to return. My stay had not been satisfactory. May 28, 2015

The bathroom and the towels stinks, the internet was unbelievably slow and disconnects every few minutes. The furniture was old and the mattresses were stained. May 25, 2015
