Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Funeral Stay This is our second stay at this facility and the first time we used the restaurant. Great staff above average housekeeping. The staff in the restaurant was mostly young males that you could tell was not a seasoned wait staff and service suffered due to that. The food was OK but for a steak house could be considered bar food quality at best. January 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel bar Checked in around 8 PM. Went to the hotel bar around 9 PM for a bite to eat and a drink and the kitchen was closed even though the bar was open for a few more hours. We had to leave the property to grab a bite to eat, but the bar staff was awesome and recommended a local place and after 2 drinks each, we then left to go eat. January 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and poor service The walls in this hotel are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors using their toilet. Lots of banging and slamming all night long. The windows are caulked shut but do not keep noise out. A wedding party was outside smoking and making a ton of noise until 2:30am. Sunday morning we went downstairs for brunch and there was no host. When she was finally found, she seated us and no one ever came back. We finally just helped ourselves to food and I walked all the way to the front desk to get coffee. We were never given any type of beverage. We ate and got up and left without anyone saying a word to us. I grew up in Neenah and I'm sad to say that the downtown hotel has gone down the tubes. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn - Neenah - No Not Again!! I didn't enjoy staying at the hotel. The property was outdated. The rooms have the bare min; no microwave, frig, and the bed was hard as a rock!! I ended up sleeping in the guest chair. The carpet was worn throughout the property. Everything looked old and tired. The only saving grace for this holiday is their front desk staff. They were great; very helpful. Also, the hotel is located in the downtown area, which has resturants and some shopping. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wanted a drink and the bar was closed early Nice place, although I did not know the coffee pot was hidden in the vending area of the hotel lobby until my second day there, and the bar was closed when we checked in that evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value and centrally located. December 28, 2014

We made use of the pool, very clean, the water was warm and our grandchildren really enjoyed the morning swim. We stayed for the buffet, the service was great along with the food. December 24, 2014
