Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay.. We were traveling to check out a near by college for my daughter, and choose this hotel because it was the closest.. From the minute we walked in the door it was a really great experience, The gentleman behind the desk was friendly and very outgoing.. the room was clean and the perfect size, We asked for a roll-away bed, and it was in our room waiting for us when we got back from dinner.. Only Issue I had was the next morning we ordered room service, after a hour and half called down, and the person didn't put our room number on it, but it was sent up immediately and it was free. We are planning to travel to that area in October and will be booking at this hotel again.. September 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating Staff The staff was great. All were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable. However it wasn't as clean as it should've been. For instance there were huge spots on the couch, hair left in the shower from previous guests, also the room didn't smell fresh. I spoke to the front desk clerk whom apologized and tried to rectify the issue. I would stay here again if for nothing else the pleasantries of the staff from the front desk clerks to those we meet in the halls to the dining room staff... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place I have stayed here several times in the past, and it's always an excellent place. I was disappointed that Fiorelos was no longer there. The new "pub" is just getting started. Since they only received a license the week I stayed, the selection in the bar was very limited, and service was still trying to get organized. Limited selection on the menu also. September 8, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Older beds were lumpy, but the big issue I have with Holiday Inn is the pillows. They're tiny and uncomfortable... worst pillows in of all the major hotel chains. Made for poor sleeping. Also, I expected a better gym. September 4, 2014
