The facility was clean, well appointed and met my business needs. My room had a great floor plan and was quiet. The facility location was strategic for my travel needs and a great value. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, terrible restraunt My experience began with a phone call in which my issue was not addressed, instead I was told to "just come in and we'll figure it out" despite explaining I stayed a Holiday Inn the night before and there was no confusion. Maybe it was just a lack of training. Then after I asked to have my stay added to my rewards account, the clerk said I will have to look it up and do it later. I didn't think it was too big of a task to do that. Anyways, the room was nice and quiet. I have no complaints about the room at all. My next issue was with the Italian restraint that is supposed to be sports bar, or the other way around, I don't know. I figured I would keep it simple and order a burger and fries. I asked what type of beer there was, which I was informed only a couple bottles of bud light. Seriously? When the food came out it was very poorly cooked and tasted like school cafeteria food. Its sad when even fries are burnt. Overall, I would stay here again if I had to but would avoid eating there. September 27, 2014

I got there early and ask if I could get an early check-in. The staff found me a suite that was ready. The suite was clean and very comfortable. I will be staying at this hotel again. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in years and the indoor pool was great ,clean and plenty of towels ...I am going back as soon as we can ......and they told us about a great place to eat .. Food was great and the price was even better ...and the staff was wonderful from the moment we got there till we left.... September 16, 2014
