Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Positive experience We stay at this property each time we travel to the Norton/Big Stone Gap area. We always receive outstanding service and an excellent room. Food from the restaurant on the 5th floor is always great. The staff greets us each and every time we come and go, which is a pleasant surprise. October 26, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WONDERFUL SERVICES The service here was great. My brother, niece, fiance, and I were staying here for a funeral. My brother and niece were traveling separately. I was able to put his name on the room so he could get a card and they also were baking cookies as the priority club gifts so I asked the lady , since we arrived before they were done baking, if she wouldn't mind giving it as a treat to my niece when she arrived with my brother ( my niece is only 5 ) . They arrived at our room and my niece was so excited about the cookies that she received. It was great service. Whatever I needed or any questions I had were instantly answered. The room were comfortable and even the maids smiled and gave us information about the town. I would recommend staying here if you have never been to Norton before. October 25, 2012
