I did not use any of the other facilities as I stayed in that area for a wedding, so I really just slept and showered in the room. May 24, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Owatonna Waterpark This hotel has a wonderful waterpark for kids of all ages and they have a quite large area for toddler/preschoolers with a slide and water spouts and our son loved swimming and play in the area, he even liked going doing the tubs slide with mommy and daddy. This hotel is highly recommended and i look forward to staying again. The staff was very polite and attentive to all of our needs and the restaurant was reasonably priced and great food quality. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Please Help Your Hotel I don't know when the Green Mill left the hotel, but the bar/restaurant that is there now (43rd something???) needs management help. Half the menu was out, the bartender seemed upset the whole time and for goodness sake, turn down the lights. Secondly, this is the second time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn where I have been put in the handicap room. NOW, but the blessing of the man above, I don't have any handicap issues that are known to me (although my other half may say different), but stop putting your guests that are capable of stepping up and over things into handicap rooms. I'm asking this because, I would be extremely upset if a handicap person would come to your hotel and be forced to stay in a non handicapped room only because you felt the need to book/place a person that didn't have a handicap of some sort into a handicapped room. Does this make sense??? Finally, you may want to test out your furniture once in a while. I didn't have a handicap issue when arriving, but if I tried to sit in the rolling chair under the desk, I might have been leaving with one....completely broken!!!! Other then the outside and main entrance, this hotel is in need of some help... I travel a ton and will stay at many more Holiday Inn's, and hopefully, hotels with Green Mill Restaurants...I'm not trying to rant, I'm just giving you insight... May 16, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK - but nothing special I brought a group here for a conference and it was ok. The front desk staff was exceptional. I was really disappointed that there is no free breakfast and the free coffee was undrinkable. Pool was really fun but closed way too early! Hotel was just a bit outdated and smelled. I would probably find somewhere else next time around. May 14, 2016

Our stay was great, the only small inconvenience that I can remember is there was not a plug in on each nightstand to plug in my phone and other technical device.
