Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Improvements I have stayed here several times. The customer service keeps getting better and better. Juanita was my CSR at check in and I tell you she is amazing. Brought a smile to my face during the check in process after a long challenging day. The rooms are better than last time. The only real issue I have with this hotel is the 1 elevator. It takes a while to get access if they are busy. Overall for the price I paid and the recent upgrades it is 10X better than in the past. You should not be disappointed. May 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Older hotel Since this is an older hotel, the poor bathroom fan ventilator couldn't be easily changed, but the poor bathroom lighting could easily be fixed, but wasn't done even though previous guests complained. The air conditioner had to be changed, and was still noisy. May 26, 2015
