Nice to have smoking room available. The pool was very enjoyable and the waterfall was fun. We liked our breakfast in the on site restaurant and it was included with the price of our room. We would come back again if we are ever in this area of Florida.

I stayed at this hotel recurrently, and I find the staff to be helpful, accommodating and overall friendliness. They make sure that you are comfortable and that you are in need of anything, otherwise I would not be a returning guest. Excellent place to have a respite.

My husband and I were very happy with the staff as far as them answering any questions we had. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and were very pleasant in the process. The bed was very comfortable and the pool and gym facility were clean. We would return to this Holiday Inn in the future.

Everything you would want in a hotel at this pice point....good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Upgade to the two-room is well worth the cost. You get a nice living area with dividing door to the room also with mini-fridge, microwave, desk area and ample space for lounging.

this hotel was too far from Interstate.. Dining was not conducive to traveling as the restaurant was not open at needed times. Towels were too small and the furniture in the room made the TV viewing difficult.

Room very very small and not very clean. Also had a musty smell. Dated furniture. Restaurant not open much and the bar was very small. Prices were too high for food and wine.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome, tended to our every need with a big smile, always. I'd probably single out Linda as the best, but they were all just great. The pool was really nice, the whole staff was at their best. Laundry room and fitness center are adequate. I'll stay there every time I'm in this city, which is quite often.

Not a great value for services provided: Could hear the noises from people using the pool, no refrigerator in room, no 24 hour coffee service, breakfast is at the restaurant only for an extra fee, no fitness center, could only view TV from one of the beds, bathroom was small and virtually no vanity area. Front door is not ADA accessible (have to drive around back to find the ramp)

Nice clean rooms. Pool area was really nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable in the mini suite. It was a little warm in the other room however while remained very cold in the bedroom area.

This is my location of choice. The entire staff, especially Linda always made me felt welcome and as a valued customer. The new front manager is doing an outstanding job. She is very involved in the day to day operations and very friendly as well. The house cleaning staff does an outstanding job. The restaurant always have provided outstanding meals.

Spent one night at the Port St. Lucie Holiday Inn and was extremely happy with our stay from check in to check out. Was able to check in early as requested, and checked out from the room at departure. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful as were the other staff members we came in contact with. The Restaurant fare was VERY GOOD and our waitress was wonderful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone and are looking forward to staying again soon!!!!

This hotel is located right on US1 near all of the restaurants which is very convenient. However it is a bit old with a few updated amenities. First of all the whole hotel has a older musty smell which isn’t horrible but still noticeable. There are flat screen TV’s in the bed rooms but apparently no HD channels so all the shows look fuzzy. It does have a full service restaurant down stair but there is no free breakfast or coffee. On the plus side it has a pretty cool pool with a big waterfall and a decent gym. If I had to choose again I would pick the Holiday Inn Express 8 miles down the road.

ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND A VERY CLEAN HOTEL. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE FOOD SELECTION AND THE FACT THAT THE FOOD/LOUNGE AND ROOM SERVICE CLOSES AT 8:00 pm. I ARRIVED AT 8:45 pm AND WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO ROOM SERVICE BUT IT WAS TOO LATE.

WE'VE STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN PORT ST. LUCIE LAST YEAR WHILE TEACHING A WORKSHOP. IT WAS SO PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS THAT WE RETURNED AGAIN THIS YEAR. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL, AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US! WE ATE BREAKFAST AND DINNER AR THE ONSITE RESTAURANT, AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

No breakfast included. Our Holiday Inn in Titusville included an excellent hot breakfast. Therefore, guest experience rating only good. Almost every motel we stay in includes a breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel was it's people. Linda is absolutely wonderful... got a problem - see her. Natalie (in the dining room) is also one of my favorites.
The only negative would be the rooms are a little dated. The carpet was well worn. There can be a musty odor at times.

I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns for business and this one disappointed me the most! I was sitting in my room working when someone opened the door with a key to MY ROOM!!! They gave my room to another customer and that customer walked into my hotel room. To top it off, I received a quick phone call from the front office asking my name so they wouldn't do it again. The man quickly apologized and did or said nothing else. I am a young woman traveling for business by myself, and all you can do is quickly say that you are sorry and not ask if I'm okay or if there is anything they could do for the inconvenience and the improper management conducted by themselves. I left the hotel to grab something to eat, came back and now my keys don't work. I have to go back down and the manager is now there and told me that she was sorry about the man coming into my room. She wouldn't even known it was me, unless I told her. She proceeded to tell me that she was trying to "find out" who's room they gave multiple keys. She gave me free breakfast. Honestly, I think that would've been on the top of my list, to contact that individual and ensure their comfort. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was at that hotel. Plus, I felt like they could care less that they mismanaged their hotel and I was the one who had to suffer because of the mismanagement.

This property needs a complete renovation. It is currently outdated, in poor condition, lacks noise insulation and the staff seem helpless to correct problems as they arise (e.g. fitted full-sized bottom sheet put on a queen-sized bed - kept coming off during the night and wrapping around my legs).

We attempted to check in early but our room wasn't ready -- no problem, but then when I attempted to check in at the appropriate check in time, the room still wasn't ready, and the desk clerk could not give me a time when it would be ready, so she assigned us to a different room. Unfortunately, the key wouldn't work so I had to return to the front desk. We had an appointment to keep, so we left for the appointment soon after checking in. When we returned to our room later that evening, the key wouldn't work again, so I had to return to the front desk to get it corrected. The room was a queen suite and was very small and crowded. The next a.m., there was a receipt slid under our door for a different person. I was using reward points. When I checked out at the front desk, the clerk told me I had been staying in the wrong room. However, the room number we were in was the same one written on our check in booklet given to us at check in with the two door keys. Needless to say, I found this level of confusion associated with our check in to be less than I expected or desired, and it could have created some problems for us.. For this reason, I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. I have never encountered this problem before at any other HI where we have stayed.

It started with walking in the room, and seeing no jacuzzi. Reservation was for a jacuzzi room. It only got worse from there. Tiny pillows on the bed, which was very uncomfortable. Drove 14 hours, and really needed to relax and unwind. It never happened. If I wasn't working on Platinum status, I would have stayed at a HI express. The upgrade to a regular HI was mainly done for the jacuzzi room.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room (a mini-suite) had a musty smell throughout our stay, the air conditioning did not work effectively for the seating area. The room rate was higher than expected for the level of facilities offered.
