Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Breakfast is often very poor and low quality. Food is disgusting, especially synthetic eggs and coffee. Staff is slow. Restaurant is uncomfortable, not so clean as expected. I prefer to take breakfast in another restaurant or fast food. November 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible House keeping As a Holiday Inn customer since the late 80s this the first time I have been dissapointed with a Holiday Inn. The house keeping was bad. The room was not totally cleaned. Tea cups and glasses not washed, tea bags and other morning tea/coffee pack not replaced. Had to be called for and was given reluctantly. The restaurant menu was far too limited. Do not think will recommend this hotel to anyone. November 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IHG - Prague Congress Centre This hotel was a pleasant surprise from the moment that I entered the lobby. Tasteful decor, clean and abundance of space to relax. The staff were both professional and very accommodating. The room was superb, again with a touch of class and perfect selection of amenities. The food from the hotel restaurant was a mix of classic traditional Czech dishes and numerous other offerings for every palate. Food was brought to the table in due time, hot and fresh. Food presentation was excellent, the hotel bar also offered a fabulous selection of wine and spirits. The breakfast buffet was a lavish selection of hot and cold menu items, breads, hot beverages, cereals, fresh fruits and more. I would stay at this property on future visits to Prague. It is not the absolutely ideal tourist hotel, but particularly good f or someone like myself - a foreign businessman. It is near the citadel and the New Town on foot, so has plenty to occupy me if I have a spare hour. November 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location The hotel was very,very close to the Vysehrad train station ( just 3 stops from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi main train station on Line C or RED line towards south-"HÁJE"; going back to Hlavni Nadrazi-take LETÑANY going north. The yellow Hop on/hop off bus stop is just across the parking lot infront of the building (by the circle) . Just beware of pickpockets-use money belt. October 31, 2014
