Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service The staff was very friendly with smiles on their faces when entering/exiting the facility. The restuarant had excellent service, food, and the price was reasonable. I would plan to stay here again in the future. November 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Reviews were Correct! Never would have stayed at this property if it was my decision based on the previous reviews. However, our entire soccer team was booked here for a tournament. Felt like I was bothering the front desk staff when I checked in. When I had to go get a new key made because one would not work, staff member had to finish with their smartphone before assisting me. Bathtub was very slow to drain. Buffet promised for soccer teams was picked over and slow to be replenished when we arrived to have breakfast. Slow elevators! Less than comfortable beds (back still hurting!). Etc., etc., etc ... This is an aging property that is supposedly being renovated ... they'd be better off tearing it down and starting from scratch. Then they would just need to find some competent individuals to staff it. Just my two cents ... I would never pay to stay at this location again. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay. Was skeptical about the age of this hotel; but, found it to be very nice. It was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the meeting rooms, fitness center, and restaurant. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Having a mall with lots of nice restaurants across the street was a bonus. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst holiday inn experience every I don't really know where to start. 1 I was kept up all night buy partying, management was not responsive 2 Management never returned my call 3 Got upgraded to a new room, only problem, it already had another guest 4 got down graded to the same room 5 one night the room only got half cleaned 6 food horrible, wings were burnt 7 hot wings had no hot sauce November 13, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check in I stay in the area quite frequently and wanted a change and was able to find this hotel within the cost that I was looking for. When I checked in they gave me my room number and upon getting to the room there was a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. I went back down and was told that couldn't be that someone was in there however they would check. 10 minutes later the front desk reception received a call from the manager and was told that there was in fact someone in that particular room. So I was given a second room and upon getting to said room the key wouldn't work so I had to go back down again! Finally got to my room and went to sleep. Woke up the next morning and went to make coffee and the coffee maker was the one with the individual coffee pod so I open up the coffee pack and it was just coffee grounds, no coffee pod, so no coffee for me. When checking out I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I said hello and a lady came from behind the wall with a mouth full of food. I will not be returning to this hotel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not much of a place to stay Shower was cold. Internet does not work well. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Mattress was not good (not very firm). The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and competent. I ate in the restaurant twice and it was good. November 7, 2014
