Chose this hotel on website and was really disappointed that no where is it mentioned that the hotel is under construction. Check in is in a dirty old office that the ceiling looks like is ready to fall! Every where I went was dirty including my room, looked like someone got a haircut in the bath tub, the elevators haven't been cleaned in weeks. I had 2 rooms that I booked with points and was entertaining a customer and using this hotel as a stop over on the way home from a golf trip. I was embarrassed! I am a long time Platinum member and never remember staying in a worse Holiday Inn property!

The towels were nice. Filling out your review was too long and made it uncomfortable for me to submit so your numbers would look better. Is that long enough????

Even though this facility is undergoing a extensive upgrade - renovation our stay was excellent. The contractors did not make any construction noise until mid morning allowing for an uniterrupted sleep.
Great job. Looking forward to finished product.

Hotel was in the middle of renovations. The staff did what they could to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Understanding that this property is under remodel I am interested in seeing the final results.
As a seasoned traveler I recommend providing hot coffee in the lobby to go as many people are adverse to using pots provided in the rooms.

If you want to sleep past 7:00 a.m., then stay away from this place until their renovations are finished. The jackhammers start at 7:00 a.m. By the time I left my room at 10:00, I thought the jackhammers were pounding inside my head. It was awful. On the "plus" side, the front desk folks (even though there is currently no front desk!) were very nice and helpful. I've read multiple reviews that talk about the lack of hot water in the motel. The key to having hot water is to ask for a lower floor. My room was comfortable, but did not have the things I have come to expect; for example, no microwave, refrigerator or included breakfast. I would not stay here again until the renovations are finished.

Taking showers at this hotel was a miserable experience. The water never got hot enough to take a comfortable shower. I called staff to notify them and ask what the next step would be, and all they offered was to turn on the hot water faucet and let it run for an extended time. I did this and the water remained tepid. I called the staff again to see if maintenance was working on the hot water problem and the young lady said no. She stated that it was due to the renovations that were being done to the lobby area. If this is true, then the hotel should have not accepted reservations/guests during the time when they could not provide hot water. I was so incredibly disappointed in my stay at the hotel, and I do not plan to use this hotel in the future. How can staff adequately clean rooms, and wash linens effectively with water that does not get hot? Thanks for letting me provide my comments.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is going under a major renovation, and if entrance/restaurant are important, I'd wait until the renovations are complete. For some reason there was only luke warm water in the bathroom during my stay, however I also had breakfast in the restaurant and I couldn't have had better service anywhere. The breakfast was also very good. The entire staff is very friendly, and I'm sure there are daily challenges with the renovations. I am eager to see it again, when it's remodeled.
