Usually, even if the hotel is modern and recently renovated, the hair dryers in rooms are typically of very poor quality. Why do hotels spend money to renovate a room but then skrimp on a decent hair dryer. Often times they are difficult to use with very short cords. Also, it is also obvious to me as a frequent business traveler if the hotel caters to women travels if there is decent shampoo, conditioner and most important body lotion. And would it be too much to ask to have decent lighting to apply cosmetics? Recently also stayed at the Crown Plaza in Lyon. Well done. I will return to this hotel on my next trip back to Lyon. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short Stay We were only at the hotel for about 10 hours to meet connecting flights. The hotel is convenient to the airport and the shuttle service is helpful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in the price would have been nice. November 9, 2014

When in a foreign country, service people need to go out of their way to assure that the customer understands what to do and where to go....this was not done. The people running the shuttle service were rude and totally uncaring. On the contrary the hotel was welcoming and the Manager was wonderful. November 3, 2014
