Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keep up the good work It was extremely clean! That is huge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast the next morning was enormous. Usually when a continental breakfast is included it consists of cereal, toast and dry pastries. The variety was extensive and covered every like for my daughters. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the whirl pools were closed for construction. However, I would definitely consider staying with you folks again in the future when back in the area. We have stayed at your Springfield VT facility a few years back and had another great stay there as well. Keep up the good work! April 19, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No April fools, no hot tub, not hot breakfast food, no internet in room Overall the room was pretty clean, especially the bathroom but the vacuum-er missed a few spots with a lot of crumbs left in the corner by the heater that I just happened to notice while looking out the window. I was extremely disappointed the hot tubs were out of order and the sauna door was locked tight. I learned from another guest while in the pool that they had issues with the ceiling. I did see that note on the website that the hot tubs were out of order, but not until the next day. Not sure if it was on there when I booked the room. Internet problems in the room. There just was no hooking up. I called the front desk, they said I was the first to have problems...that day. I had two devices and could not hook up with either. Later on in the bar/restaurant I spoke with another guest that had her lap top on. She had the same problem. No internet in her room, but okay in the lobby and restaurant. One of the waitresses said she heard in certain wings of the hotel other guests were having the same problem. Food at the restaurant for dinner was decent, service was not. I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet and when I went in and checked it out I was impressed. Scooped up some scrambled eggs, home fries, french toast, bacon, coffee April 9, 2015
