Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bed and room fine , but cost high for the price of the room , there was no 24/7 coffee, we are up early and were told there would be no coffee until 6:30! then we needed a voucher to get breakfast and were handed a bill ?? balance due was 0 but hugh hint to leave a large tip! very uncomfortable and for 5:00 am riser 6:30 is late for coffee that a simple thermos would have taken care of and most hotels offer. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel and rooms. Stale Cigarette odor. This was a Nice hotel with a Very attentive staff. It is Pet Friendly too, which is nice since we hate to leave our puppy at home. The rooms were very nice. Only small problem was the stale cigarette smoke odor. Not very pleasant. August 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Best Holiday Inn we've stayed at Our impression is that this place needs updating. There were signs of renovation (carpet, wall art, etc) but also a lot of worn or shabby areas too (key door entry, bath fixtures). Service was great and the room was quiet for the most part (when loud guests were in the hallway the door did not muffle the noise). Breakfast choices were good, but I missed having yogurt available. Also annoying was having to cut through the pool area to get to breakfast or the lobby. August 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reliable - always I have come to expect a certainly level of quality from the Holiday Inn, and because of that - especially with regard to the "Express" locations I always search for the Inn when I travel, before I am obliged to look elsewhere. My first real experience doing much travel started in West Melbourne, Fla. 4 years ago and has continued there to a point where I consider it my home in the area. Because of the treatment I have received there over the years I always look for a Holiday Inn to put my head down at night, and enjoy so much the breakfast feature that accompanies the booking August 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel With Outstanding front desk personel I had a great stay at this hotel. I came in with some questions that LiZ & MEGAN went out of there way to assist with. AMAZING!!! The rooms and hotel were very nice. They had a restaurant and bar that was very enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel August 13, 2014
