All generally good most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful except the owners. The breakfast is a let down after a superb dinner.

The hotel building and decor look a little tired and dated but the staff were very helpful, the bed was large and comfortable and the restaurant served a very good dinner.
I was delighted to find our bathroom contained a bath; so much better than a shower for unwinding after a hard day .
The gates to the underground garage needed some persuasion to open when we arrived and the duty manager was required to come down stairs and administer some magic touch before we could get in.
Location was hard to find, since the address is not in Verona but in S Martino; the information in the confirmation e-mail does not make that clear, so satellite navigation found it hard to locate the hotel.

The hotel is just located in the highway exit and it is very convenience for driving visitor, many car park space is available for hotel guest, the hotel is very close to Verona downtown and the Verona exhibition center just 10mins driving, The decoration is fine and classic look, a good business hotel for people to stay few days for the show and exhibition.
The Room is comfortable and clean, pillow and bed is also good as well.
I shall come again to stay in next show in Verona.

The breakfast was poor, and always the same.
The fruit seem to be very old, and also the haam seems to be not fresh of the day.

Dated interior, poor neighbourhood, noisy, mouldy bathroom, lack of service attitude. Stayed in many Holiday Inns in Germany and USA; this one was the worst.
Low point: Several patches of solid mud from hotel guests were left uncleaned throughout the breakfast room; instead waitress kept on setting tables. She just couldn't be bothered...

The staff alone at this hotel is reason to go back. They were friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome. We had lost luggage at the airline, and the hotel staff did more to help us retrieve it than the airline did. That on top of making dinner reservations for us made for a very pleasant stay.
