I stayed again at Holiday Inn Verona - Congress Centre for one night stop during a business trip.
The hotel overall is ok, however I found again the same issues I faced in the previous years about the traffic noise coming from the windows, that disturbed me during the sleep (this is of course subjective).
Also, I found the bath in bad conditions, "unfortunately" (said by a loyal IHG Customer) not inviting to take a bath.
About the rest, the property is fair, close and easy to reach from the motorway, with wide free parking around.
I did not experienced the dinner nor the breakfast.
I had to ask for the points voucher, while I expected I was offered it, as advertised by IHG.

We loved the large room and large bed that we were upgraded to!! We were delighted to find English-speaking channels on the TV at night when we returned from visiting this wonderful city!. We easily found this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pipperG Great centre for exploring from
We had an excellent stay at the hotel only marred by the fact that the unseasonable weather being considerably warmer than normal meant that the hotel centralised airconditioning had been turned off and we had to sleep with the window open - unfortunately the proximity to the autostrade junction meant that there were only a few hours that were not disturbed by traffic noise.
Appart from that all other aspects of the stay were excellent - good food - friendly staff and from location loit of view excellenf for striking out to places like Venice, Lake Garda and not to forget Verona itself.
A cracking start to 2 weeks in Italy

We are a large family who stayed in this hotel during our Italy vacation. The location was good for us as it was out of the city right off the A4 Autostrada. It was easy to get around and take day trips to Verona, Venice, Bologna, the Ferrari Factory in Modena, and is just 40 minutes to Garda Lake and the amusement parks. The staff was really helpful, especially as we have small children and always returned to the hotel late at night. The hotel is across the street from a very large supermarket, and high-end shopping mall with a food court. Excellent value for money if you are willing to stay out of the city.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by fbonfis Extra noisy rooms at the price of a quiet one - Business trip
I planned to stay TWO NIGHTS at Holiday Inn Verona - Congress Centre for a business trip, but I stayed ONLY ONE NIGHT, then I ESCAPED.
It has been a very bad experience.
I asked IN ADVANCE for a quiet room, and I arrived at 11pm.
The room assigned faced on a ramp to the motorway, with cars, motorcycles and trucks accelerate using low gear (imagine the noise), and THE WINDOW DOES NOT CLOSE WELL!
So I asked for another room: SAME STORY.
I reported this in the morning to the Manager, but he could do nothing else than excuse.
So I packed my baggage and ESCAPED, with the trouble of finding another hotel for the night: REALLY A BAD DEAL FOR ME.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Simpson56 Comfortable room but very poor standard of Breakfast
Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is not very convenient for Verona old town (20 Euros in taxi ). However it was very reasonably priced. Breakfast however, at €15 each was very poor value for money (even at 2 for 1 deal) the quality is very poor. Juice from a machine, coffee from a machine, solid scrambled eggs, (when dish not empty ) and milk left in direct sunlight.
