Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This hotel is just Average... We stayed at this hotel due to convenience of the location during this trip. I would never stay here again. The hotel staff was good and tried to accommodate the issue but every room seemed to have the same issue. The bathrooms are absolutely horrible, stained and unsanitary tubs. I looked at three different rooms and all were the same. November 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Road Warrior I travel 85% of the time for business and have held an IHG Platinum status for years. Placing someone into a hotel room with a leaky shower, oxidation on the tub, and putting a small cloth as a resolution is unacceptable. Also, having wet carpets due to the problem adds insult to injury. This type of service is something expected when staying in a Motel not from a hugh hotel chain like the Holiday Inn. For my inability to have a good night sleep while attempting to spend desperately needed quality time with my children, I give this hotel a major thumbs down! November 4, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Not worth the cost I booked a suite for my sister's birthday and she tells me the king sized bed was just fine. I slept on the pull-out couch in the living room which was actually so broken down I ended up having to sleep sideways in the middle of it so that the bars weren't digging into my back and legs. The mattress on the couch was filthy. There were scratch marks and rings on the coffee table and TV console and in my bare feet I could feel dirt under the couch when I stood up close to it when opening and closing it. We ordered dinner from room service from the menu provided, both of us had to make substitutions because they were out of what we wanted. When the food arrived, it was terrible. The chicken marsala was a couple of pieces of lightly breaded chicken breast (as it should have been) and this was topped with a watery, sweet sauce on it that soaked the hash brown-cut fried potatoes that were substituted for the garlic mashed potatoes I initially ordered. No lemon, no wine flavor, no capers -- all fundamental marsala ingredients. The broccoli looked (and tasted) like it had been in a warming tray for hours. My sister ordered a beef dip sandwich, was told they were out of that, and settled on a cheesesteak instead. The cheese was congealed, the bread was cold and dry, and the onions were barely cooked. EXTREMELY disappointing! I will say, though, that it was by far the cheapest meal I have ever gotten from room service. I may not have been so disappointed with the room if I hadn't paid a premium price for it. I wanted someplace nice but budget-friendy to treat my sister to so I opted for the "deluxe room. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stopover after a day in the city Conveniently located 10 miles after the George Washington with a friendly evening staff. Nice big heated pool, which was a surprise. Great morning coffee, comfortable beds, but no refrigerator in the room. I would stay here again. October 28, 2014
