Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not modern but OK I had read one or two poor reviews but have now stayed here more than once and on each occasion had a good night's sleep, good internet and a good shower, which is pretty much all I want! The hotel is fine but may need a revamp sometime soon. Great position so worth the investment. I will be staying here again. April 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay I was generally happy with the hotel and its surroundings. The room was great but some of the work surfaces were blistered. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet giving me a good nights sleep. When I went down for breakfast someone came out and asked if I wanted tea or coffee and apologised as they had been really busy. April 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn sandy Bedford way below IHG standard As a platinum member I like the consistent quality and booking experience..............however this hotel is not up to the standards I expect from IHG. The first room was cold and the heater not capable of getting the room up to temperature Moved to another room - warmer and the heater was working - however no TV remote control and there was no cold water from the bathroom sink tap in the morning. The staff acknowledged that they have had issues with the remote controls - I really just needed the issues fixing - I have stayed in better B&Bs Very disappointing April 7, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by poor breakfast reception staff friendly and efficient. however the hotel is dated and in need of an overhaul and upgrade. room was cold upon arrival. left heating on full whilst tried a drink at he bar, not a good idea. Carlsberg and John Smiths on draught do not make an inspiring selection. limited space in bar and reception area meant retiring to room as soon as it was warmed up March 26, 2015
