Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 management My stay at the holiday inn w airport Shreveport la was horrible this time the front desk manager was very rude n did not show any hospitality towards me a was told I cud hv a suite with my clc visit which I hv had done b4 she did nt wanna do my chk in so she gv it 2 another clerk 2 do but as soon as she heard suite she wasn't busy no more she was determined dat I cud nt get one I tlkd 2 Michae da managerl da nxt morning he said he wud address dis problem wit her I also had problems wit da heating da technician went above n beyond 2 help me n da front desk clerk da nxt morning was awesome n helping me plz resolve these issues I am a wkly guest November 16, 2014

It was very uncomfortable because of the freezing weather outside. I expected more from a Holiday Inn November 13, 2014
