Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Good Stay My family and I recently stayed here last week. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were a little hot and could not figure out how to turn on the air. So we called the front desk. The tech had to come to the room and adjust something in the ceiling. I think the hotel can stand an upgrade in that dept. Because our room was not cleaned Saturday, the front desk clerk gave us a coupon for free breakfast. Here is where my concern comes in. None of the plates were clean. My sisters and I checked countless plates and none appeared to be clean. The hostess gave us some paper plates, but she was really nice about it. The server we had was the best we have ever had anywhere. I wish I remembered her name. Anyway, she was really attentive. So bottom line, I would recommend the rooms, but the food stay away. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and inviting. I plan on visiting this locating in the future. December 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service I arrived early on Thanksgiving morning and was able to check right into my room although check in was not until 4 pm. I was greeted by two lovely front desk clerks who were so attentive to my wants for a room location and although the heater did not want to act right they quickly moved me to another room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Shreveport area. December 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, excellent service! Our basketball team stayed here for a game and the service is the best that we've received this year. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our group. The shuttle driver was prompt, courteous and professional. The front desk and catering staff took the time to provide us service that we would expect at a 5-star, and the food was deliciously Southern. Special thanks to Ms Amber, Ms. Theresa, Ms. Amanda, Mr. Corneille, Mr. Dale, Mr. Dexter, Ms. Erica, and Ms. Andy for making our stay comfortable and accommodating our many requests. The staff and the service you get is an asset to the hotel and I highly recommend them for any size group. We will stay here again when we return to Shreveport. December 7, 2014
