I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was great and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was great.

Check in took awhile, was with softball team.Front desk staff friendly. Upon entering room on 4th floor there was strong musty smell causing sinus issues.Room was nice and cold on hot summer day.AC above entry dripping water onto carpet.Carpet was soaked near bath door.Asked to change rooms. Moved across the hotel and down one floor.Same issue in the new room but this one was not as cool upon entry.Took awhile to cool off but never got as cold as other.Room just as musty with AC dripping issue.Older bldg.AC units definitely older, the thermostats look like they're from the 70's.Water spots on ceiling tiles just under AC unit.Bed was soft and comfy.Both rooms were clean aside from carpet issues.Next morn took stairs to avoid the slow elevator.Huge water accumulation on landing between 2nd & 1st floor.I spoke with the mgr, Jud, today.This was from a blown seal on the circulation pump 3 floors up.The water from that room did not flow to the drain in the room hence causing this issue.Was assured that the pump repairs were underway.Also told each room had drip pans under the AC units and vibration causes them to move resulting in the dripping on the carpet.There were no drip pans under the pipes running to the AC above head, near bath door in entryway that were dripping.Told rooms ozoned. & carpet dry.Room comped & points given for trouble.Hotel in dire need of new AC units/thermostats, at least pipe repair to AC, otherwise tile the room entryways to avoid musty smell from constant wet carpet.Will stay once more to determine if that is last time to visit property or not.Did not have chance to visit pool.Bfast at cost to guest, that typically is a breaking point for me if a hotel provides complimetary bfast, but we were staying with the softball team, otherwise I would've chosen a hotel with comp bfast.

Probs with AC in each room leaking onto carpet. Carpet in entry way of rooms is wet, changed rooms same issue. Caused sleeping issues, nasal congestion.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn express. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and there to help as needed. The kids loved the pool that flowed inside and outside, as well as the 1ft pool for little kids that maybe ages 2 and 3. Very quiet and well kept up hotel. The internet service could be a little better, but i has my internet service and the thermostat for the airconditioner could be updated.

We stayed here for a 1 night stay to just get away. The room was clean, quite, spacious, and the bed comfortable. We wanted to watch PPV, but they did not have that option. In order to see at night we leave the light on in the bathroom and leave the door cracked a tad bit. The light switch overheated and started to turn on and off. Once we turned the light off we had no other problems.

Great Location, central to lots of stores of all types right next to the major highway.
Staff was excellent ... very friendly.
Was a little worried about parking lot security (I dirve a nice car). - I checked and parked close to my room window.

Stayed after a long week on business. Last hotel of the trip. No internet so could not complete business. Door to room did not close completely and the bathroom was not very clean. TV did not work when first got to room and had to call maitenance. He came in and moved some wires around to get it working. Staff was great and friendly but not very many people.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were large. I had a great view of the outside and staff was helpful and friendly.

Thought I was booking a Holiday Inn Express, my mistake. This hotel doesn't include breakfast in the room price. Limited Room service is available though, and the hotel has a connected Resturant.

We had such a wonderful welcome from the reception, who helped us locate our luggage which had been lost by United Airlines, and organised for us to go to Walmart to get things we needed whilst our bags were located. They were professional and informative and warm. I would say they made a very special effort to ensure our stay was the most comfortable and stress free. The room was lovely and the coffee in the room was TOP NOTCH - the best I've ever found in a holiday inn (the packets of holiday inn coffee that is usually offered is undrinkable, at this hotel they offer proper coffee in your rooms!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one

I stayed for almost a month, going home on the weekends....and each time I checked in. I had a housekeeping issue. The last one was more that I care to repeat. Needs improvement in Housekeeping. Room Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom floor of the last room I stayed in was dirty. The list just goes on and on.

The entire staff were so polite. Cable and internet service were excellent . Room were clean and the beds were so comfort . My grandson sleep along time. He did not get up before dawn . I would recommend this hotel and come back stay on next visit.

Stay was good but as an IHG member I really expected a complimentary breakfast. I'm all about the perks. Won't be staying here again when in town on business. I'll stay in one of the other 4 Holiday Inns within 7 miles of this one that DO offer a complimentary breakfast. I'm just sayin, I won't be stayin again

Hotel was clean in the lobby as you check in. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. My room was some what clean. House keeping must have not clean under the beds. I found 2 pairs of old shoes that another guess left. Free WiFi which was good for the kids. Pool and bar area very nice.

when we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. after being there for a couple of hours the electricity went out and we were in the dark for several hours with no communication from the staff. my husband finally found his way down the stairs and asked for flashlight and was told they were out of flashlights, so we had to sit in the dark with my elderly mother in law until the lights came back on. The light in the bathroom would begin to blink on and off continuously after being on for amount a minute. The heat in the room didnt work. The ice machine on the floor didnt work the entire stay and was instructed by the staff to get ice from another floor. wasnt given another room. We asked for maybe a free breakfast or something for the trouble and was told several times that because I paid using my points they could not do anything for us. I was so upset that we checked out of the hotel early. I was made to feel punished because I was using points on this stay and wasnt entitled to be treated like a platinum member. Was very disappointed in the treatment and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Older full service HI hotel that did not dissapoint. The staff here is one of the friendliest that I've come across and that is a big deal for me. I spend over 230 nights a year in hotels and I appreciate being treated as "one of the family". The bed was very comfortable, the restaurant chow was good and the bar was a good place to finish off a long day.

The hospital is comfortable and has some nice amenities. My only issues were that the fitness center is SEVERELY lacking for a facility this size, and there is not a complimentary breakfast.
Other than that it was a nice stay

When we checked in there was no shower curtain in the room. I called the desk to have one brought up around 5:00. We left to go to baseball field returned around 11:30 still no curtain. Called the desk was told the security guard was off property but someone would bring one up. At 12:30 I finally got one that I had to place up. There was dark brown crusty stuff just underneath the light switch in the bathroom not sure what that was so I sprayed with my travel disenfecting apart and wiped away. Our room was pool side and smelled like chlorine. Also our room was not serviced next day. When we got back no clean towels. The blanket on the bed had dried red material on it. We didnt notice until after we had clumbed in bed so not sure if they wash all the linen between visits. Don't think I would stay there again.

Sewer smell on 1st floor throughout lobby and hallways. Bathtub was not clean upon arrival . Had to call and request housekeeping after 2 pm on a Saturday ( ladies were very sweet). Adequate room, breakfast was yummy but there was no coffee out...had to ask for it. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and plenty of picnic tables outside.

I have stayed at this property several times over the years and will do so again only because I am a loyal Holiday Inn fan. This property is in dire need of renovation. The staff is excellent and the bed was very comfortable. However the AC/Heat did not work properly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud I had to keep the bathroom door closed and sleep with earplugs and the alarm clock would not adjust.

Excellent food and beverage service at the Holidome bar. Very friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Not all can make a Rusty Nail or a Rob Roy from memory.

Please check the room #205 in which I stayed, did not report that the room kept getting warm at certin times. Because of the outside conditions all wasm't bad but there were some concerns. Overall stay was pleasent.

Kyle the bartender is the only reason I would stay at this location again her knowledge of bar tending and the hospitality industry in General is well above average, her customer service was impeccable.
The suites were not up to par. The shower and dining table were not clean. Housekeeping emptied the trash randomly and only restocked my shampoo once in ten days.
If I return to this location it will only be for the food and bar service I received.

Well its not the front desk clerk that has checked me in the past 2 times.....It seems I know more about the hotel then she does, as she will sit there and tell me things I know not to be true. When I call her on it, I do get the room I requested and a early check in as I am a IHG member. But very frustrating to have to go through this time and time again. The original clerk that assisted me on my first 2 stays was more then helpful, Maybe this one should take some lessons........I do keep returning to this hotel, 4 times in 5 months, as I like to be able to be in the older section where it is quiet and I can park close to the door. As I only have to deal with the clerk upon entering, I live with it. Housekeeping has been very helpful, but I would say the common areas could use some cleaning more often.

The customer service at this property was superb! I travel a lot with my company and I have never felt more at home from the time I walked into the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable I will definitely recommend this hotel to my company and also family and friends.
